good economic place to stay, neat and clean, market area around the hotel, shopping will be easy as shops around the hotel. food u can order directly through swiggy and zomato, as the hotel menu and supplies may take more time

As name says, its a comfortable stay. Rooms are good, service good. Mr Rahul at Reception is a good lad who knows how to deal customer. Supportive person which should be since people traveling to different state and look forwards for a good gesture.

Booked this hotel through goibibo and reached to them at Night 10pm on 15th December 2024. The receptionist asked me to provide Aadhar Card only as ID proof. DL, Voter ID is not a valid proof for them, and due to security reasons I have decided not to provide them aadhar card as it can be misused by these people readily. Luckily wasn't travelling with family or can understand what we have to go through. Thanks to Goibibo they moved me to a nearby hotel who happily took DL as a valid ID proof. Would request others to avoid this hotel as this specific reason only, as except Banking institutions no other place cant ask for Aadhar for ID proof only. Initially they provided an answer its what local police station have asked them to do, but when asked for any documentation couldnt provide the same. May be these people would use your Aadhar card for scams so avoid.

Average hotel.. definitely not yhe worth and hype for getting 4.7 stars ... service is pathetic ..not welcoming at all .. room had bed bugs and cockroaches .AC very in effective..good thing is bathroom is good and hot water availablity...if these hotels don't want people booking through 3 Rd party websites...why the hell list it .. pathetic .. location though good..but accessible only by walk or 2 wheelers..even auto cannot pick and drop...sincere advise ...don't go by the positive reviews here.. very very misleading

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. I especially appreciated the modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi.

I forgot some things in room ,I vacate the room and after one hour I call to the front office ,first time the reception boy told we got we kept in front office,and after some time another guy picked the phone and told we doesn't get anything like that,too much irritate behaviour from front office guy I don't know ho is,we are booking there room last 1year, now a new guy is receptionist behaviour is not good

One of the worst places I have even stayed. I’m a frequent traveller on business travel. Very arrogant and non cooperative staff. Don’t get mislead by the reviews and photos. Highly unprofessional

If you speak Kannada language then you will be given chekin before time also but if you are coming from outside then your checking will be done at 12 noon only. I asked the cleaning staff to clean in the morning and when I came in the evening, the room was not clean. When I told the staff after arrival, they cleaned the room. My experience was not very good.
