No cleanliness. Pillow covers and bedsheets are dirty and not even changed. Only one towel, one water bottle provided for twin sharing accommodation. Could sense that they are happy if we don't ask anything with them. Very lack of providing the very basic amenities. Bathroom doesn't have anything apart from hand washer. Worst part is renovation is happening and it's full of dust. Food is below average. It's an underrated PG and doesn't hold to be a hotel.

Cons: 1. Water goes out any time. 2. No complementary water bottle is provided, they expect you to collect it from reception. 3. For cleaning, you’ll have to ask. They won’t do it out of their own free will. 4. And the most important one, construction is going on so you might wanna avoid booking this hotel till February-March, 2025. Every day around 9am all the construction noise start coming which makes it difficult to sleep or work. 5. 80% of the time their wifi doesn’t work. I saw reviews around this and thought it might be a one time thing but its not. 6. If you’ll complain about anything, they’ll not take it seriously. 7. Every day breakfast menu would be bread-butter/jam, tea/coffee, fruit juice, one north Indian breakfast item and one South Indian breakfast item. Thats it. Don’t expect anything more than that. 8. TV s don’t work. You’ll have to ask them to connect set top box, after connecting they’ll say that TV has gone bad. Pros: 1. Location is accessible. 2. Room service staff is responsive. 3. Room sizes are decent. Overall I’ll say, please don’t book this hotel till feb-march 2025 and the construction noise are loud and may end up giving you a headache. And the wifi issues will leave you in trouble as most of the time you won’t get network on your phone. This is more like a PG than hotel. Lastly, reception will say that they’ll do something about this or that they are sorry to hear about this experience but they don’t care.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The homely feeling was immediately apparent upon arrival. The rooms were impeccably clean and all services were timely and efficient. Additionally, the food was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable atmosphere.

Worst service. I ordered a first aid kid as I broke my toe. They said they have the kit but there’s nothing inside. I asked if they could get it. The person (RAVINDRA) sitting on the reception said the stores are closed right now. And a friend of mine, got it in next 5 mins. I again went to the reception and asked how did she get then, he simply said - “MAIN GAYA HI NAHI. ” If this is the kind of service you expect, pls visit hotel world tree.

This hotel provides good amenities. The staff is really helpful and polite. The food is good. Rooms are spacious. Only problem with WiFi connectivity. Else everything is good.

Do not stay here ! The manager is not welcoming or ethical by any means , he only wants you to pay by cash to his personal account and will not accept credit card for long stay. My wife had to vacate the hotel due to renovation going on at the hotel. She did not stay for full month and asked her stay to be pro rata. Manager John refuses and wants full 30 days amount . On top of that I mentioned we need to pay by credit card and still is refusing to accept that form of payment and is constantly calling and harassing my wife. To make it worse he has stopped the salary of his employee who completed our check out and is now refusing to pay his own employee for his shortcomings as a manger. Th e rooms are not maintained at all . Horrible experience and never would recommend this place soley due to management. I will be will following up with corporate office as well. One of the worst places to stay at due to strictly the manager John!! He is literally not paying his employees for his own mistake and then the employee are calling my wife and harassing her for the money because the manager John is not paying their employee on conditional basis … horrible work ethics along with horrible customer service … such a disgrace…
