Very new property and some carpentry work is still going on. They have an elevator. The room was clean with TV & a working AC and clean toilet had no exhaust fan (just an opening). I got soap and shampoo after I asked for them on the second day as had I left for my conference early on day 1. I didn't get hot water as it comes from a solar heater and the weather was cloudy so took a cold water shower. For me it worked as it was nearest to my venue. The per day is also cost effective.
