They would charge you extra money saying bathroom is not good or ac is not working. If you are looking to watch any of your favourite movies or sports forget it because their set top boxes are never recharged. Average room cleanliness. Wouldn't suggest anyone to go for this hotel.

I dont know how this is rated at 3.6.We were a group of 9 travelling from Udupi for a certification process. The toilets were not clean and has deposits in it. AC was not working. They had promised us a room for 3 each but did not provide accordingly. The House boys were good. The package had complimentary breakfast which they denied. Since we had to reach the certificaton venue we did not insist. This was a total miss from OYO's end. There is a rude reception guy who did nothing to change the situation for us, even though we had already paid two days fare inspite of staying for one. Even OYO customer service is highly incapable. Inspite of talking to them numerous times and assuring us of the complimentary breakfast, we got nothing. Just kept calls on hold and assured they will sort the issue. finally nothing.. after 15 mins hold they will disconnect. happened 4 -5 times, till I finally gave up. Total mess.

Had checked into this place seeing the reviews on Oyo. However, the service was pathetic. The AC did not work at all. Informed the incharge there, he said that theres a problem and would take time to resolve. The breakfast is procured from a restaurant nearby, for which one has to order well in advance or you would have to listen to the grumpy caretaker about wanting to make another trip to the restaurant or may have to go Hungry. Please avoid this place. Only the name is good and nothing else. Be careful.

Good hotel and staff, the hotel is just off the highway from new airport road to Bangaluru city, 3 km from Shri Venkateswara College of engineering, vidya nagara, opposite VCT CROSS, the room is air conditioned and very well maintained, but the Sunrays doesn't come in the hotel as it is surrounded by the tall buildings and that makes it little bit more cold place . The cloths will take 2 to 3 days to dry up. or if you use laundry facility then it may take 24 hours. The hotel is nice and clean, hot water facility available, TV and wifi available.

Absolutly hopless n ridiculous hotel i have ever checked into .. Totaly over priced with the quality of rooms they offer. The restroom was totaly damaged so was the urinal , it had a leaky wash basin with running water 24*7 , they dont have a lift neither do they help u With ur parafernalia, they are jst qorried about yhe rent of the room , also if you are planning to stay for a early morning pick up to the airport , u might run out of luck becoz there r very minimum no of cabs available in that location because that location is in middle of nowhere , not exagerating .. But this is the bitter truth about this hotel, so if u want avoid such nuisance never book dis hotel .

Never book your room at this hotel through oyo. I made a bookingfor 5rooms, 3 weeks in advance, and on the day of check in they says that all the rooms are full. If you prefer a comfortable stay, stay away from this ***** hotel, otherwise you will be in deep trouble

Worst for family travellers... very small rooms. I had midnight checkin still they gave me a room on 3rd floor and there was no lift. They forced to give 5 star feedback on app before leaving their premises.

Very decently priced well maintained rooms, hot water available 24/7, neat bathroom. TV for entertainment, Free WIFI available. Complimentary breakfast fast. AC available.
