Pathetic experience. Booked rooms from OYO, after seeing "OYO recommended". Amenities had complimentary breakfast, but the hotel staff did not provide the same. The extra bed charges were covered in the booking but the hotel charged me extra bed per night. Among the 3 rooms I had booked A/C was not working in one of the rooms. Two rooms didn't have hot water in the bathroom. Bed linens did not seem to be properly cleaned. Most important: Non-cooperative and unruly staff. Never had such a horrific experience in any of the previous hotel stays.

I don't want to give even one star...... This was the worst experience i have ever had in my traveling tenure, At first they deny online bookings. afterwards they demanded 1600 extra for each day. Afterwards when I talked with Oyo support they were not picking up call. They had no courtesy as they were gossiping and laughing at us. At the end Oyo had to shift the booking to other hotel.

Hotel staff tried to take high rates then what is oyo offering. And if you book the rooms from oyo and pay online before checkout. They say like no no sir we can't give rooms of 1500 in 900 or 1000. We can't give you the rooms. Like this they say.

Worst experience. I booked a room through Oyo for INR 999.00 but when we went there the reception guy said me that they are not connected to Oyo and asked me to pay INR 1,500.00 if we want room. Since it was very late i paid the amount they asked but the room they gave was completely broken. It was dirtiest restroom i have ever used.

Very Bad experience in the hotel. They are listed in Booking.com and the room tariff indicated there is different from what the reception wanted us to pay during check in. They are absolutely unprofessional in their attitude. I was harassed and OYO team intervention helped me in checking in to the hotel. After checking in to the room we found the bed linen are soiled with blood stains, they replaced the same which were torn. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.

Rooms are good. But service is not good. Before i book the room, i have read negative reviews and complaints regarding hot water supply. I thought it might be the issue by that time and might be an temporary issue. But as mentioned in the reviews i faced both water and hot water supply in the morning. When i am complaining about this management guy was not ready to listen. For the complimentary bathing kit, when i am asking to room service he didn’t responded. After i complain about this to management, i got it. By the time i got it, water supply was stopped. Think twice before you stay here. Rooms are just ok to sleep. No proper room service. Not much food options nearby

Pathetic Experience. I was denied check-in because I booked through OYO. They can't do this to all the customers who have experienced the same for last 6 months. The property should be seized as the property manager is indirectly harrassing the customer by denying the check-in and asking for extra payment. If you don't pay additional amount, then rooms are not available.

After seeing the brand OYO, I went there. No professionalism. First he said AC room rent is 1000, I have paid. Once paid, he is saying AC is not working. Reception people could not understand English. Room cleaning is not done. Charging extra for many things. Fraud in this environment.
