Very comfortable place. Room service us also good and prompt. Sultan is a very sweet person and ensures the comfort of residents. Only concern is the car parking. No place to park the 4 wheeler.

Our stay at Iris Magnum was an amazing experience. The room service is quick and efficient. The room was neat and tidy. Though there was an issue with the bathroom door, they were really quick to resolve it. The staff were welcoming and always available at any given time. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a comfortable and homely stay.

The rooms were clean and good. But the service they provided was pathetic. Too much noise from the top floor. The lift was full of cigarette smell. Couldn't even step into it. There's no proper parking space. They initially made us park my car like this and later asked us to park it inside the gate and we tried but the ramp was too steep for a hatchback. It would scrap the bottom and rear bumper. The staff agreed for the late check-out (1 PM) but the owner kept on calling every half an hour to checkout while I was in the mid for my work. The owner was rude and didn't know how to speak with the guests!
