Only one staff member available to service all rooms! So you have to be really patient.. A towel can take 20-30 min to arrive.. No buckets available in the bathroom.. Otherwise it's ok.. Just have to be really patient and not lose your cool..

If i could give 0 star to this hotel then it would have given. Worst hotel service ever. The guy in check in talks very rudely. I called oyo and complained about this guy. I have booked oyo at 9pm and when i go to the hotel check in then they say rooms are full. I have paid full money online and they say me to book another one at 10pm. Worst people ever. Never book this hotel. It is in some jungle and atmosphere is worst with worst customer service.

Very bad service,I had 2 different bookings .. I had booked rooms via Oyo and payment was also done via Oyo... And when I had been there for check-in they say rooms are not available... The other booking that I had in one of the rooms TV is not working .... As per their advertisement WiFi is available... But there is no WiFi... The guy at the reception does not even know how to greet or speak to a customer... Very rude.. does not have discipline.. dressing sense.. arrogant .. if possible I would rate them 0

Worst experience had to check-in at late night 10 and the person in reception said the room is not available though I booked from OYO app. They sold the room to other customer for better price. Had to look for other hotel late night. Worst experience.

Nice place clean and neat and they are following covid rules they will check saturation, temperature, and they will sanitizing every day safe and good place and it's inside the layout what a cool place after 9 pindrop silent and peaceful

Really bad experience. The WiFi was down and not working, the lift was broken, the kitchen was closed, TV didn't have all channels. It was undergoing some renovation or maintenance. Don't know why they were accepting customers when the hotel is undergoing renovations.

Had been to property on the very 1st day and 1st customer to check in when stay opened.. The hospitality of the stay is very nice had very best time spent
