OYO Viyan Comforts Near 7d Voyage

You can get an award if you can find this place. No food available at the hotel. Tea is only available after 6:30 PM. Sheets were stinking, had not been changed for days. The towel was all dirty. Hotel manager was stingy with soap. Book at your own peril. Edit: Changing rating to 1 star. My colleague, who was in a different room had bed bug bites all over his body. The hotel guys refused to change his sheets.

First of all the hotel location is in a pathetic place. Its near kadubeesanahalli but quite inside few kilometers of serpentine lanes. The hotel staff were the worst and non cooperative. Overbooking or some technical glitch happened and the staff made us wait outside for more than an hour. It's cheap but there are plenty other cheaper hotels nearby with better service. The rooms are okay except the ground floor ones. Not at all recommended.

I have stayed in viyan for 5 months. The rooms are really nice and clean. The staff here are really polite and good. One of the key star factor here is safety. You are absolutely safe here. The place is pollution free and duty free.. stepping into balcony you will get nice view of sky and foggy colds, makes ur day more pleasant. Morning breakfast is tasty and awesome. Now you can order food in the hotel. You can find everything around 100 -200 metres Overall its a best experience and I just njoyed it.

Hi,
I was stayed for a weak friendly staff, nice room and quite location...
This hotel is prefer for corporate guest because it is very near to Cessna Business Park...
Some clients are given bad feedback and some one are Good... But you will get experience after you stayed in Hotel Viyan because they are providing a fantastic services I recommend to everyone...
I understand some guest are faced the issues but for a rectify you need to contact Front Desk people definitely they ll help you on this either they ll rectify or they ll shift it to other room...
If you informing while check out time how can they help you... Me and my friends and my family members are stayed in this hotel many times but whenever the small issues comes we are keep informing to the Front Desk they ll rectify with in Half an hour..
So if you going for budget hotel with good service this one is a Best..

Overall, great customer service attitude by the staff (including the cleaning staff). Reaching the hotel through kachcha roads can be a challenge and the Google Maps location is also a bit out of place. But the staff's attitude and the cleanliness of rooms are superb. By the way, Viyan Comforts and Maple Tree Inn are one and the same hotel. They used to have some rooms reserved for Oyo but as of May, 2019, they are not accepting Oyo reservations.

Dirty room n poor staff service. Stayed 2 days could not sleep properly on first day as bedsheet n blanket was dirty n having etching. When asked for replacement they change the room but same situation over there. Staff is not much helpful n always late.

Very very expensive considering the location. Most of cabs ola or over unable to find the hotel. Nothing eatables available near by. If you opt to go with children you had it. No kitchen in the hotel. If you ask for extra bed you have to pay 400 extra and you have to remind the staff at least 4times.

Worst. Appalling. Pathetic. The stuff are sooo bad. They check out your stuff when you are gone. The place is also not at all safe. Please don't choose this hotel. There are plenty other economical hotels nearby.
