Hotel O Crystal Inn

Don’t even get me started on how bad this place was. It was stinking. That smell would make you sick and puke. Washrooms were worst than public washrooms. Bedspread had book marks and don’t know what other marks they were. Mirrors on the cupboards were broken. Tube light in the washroom was not working. Hot water was only available after 6:30am. Many drunk men were roaming around our room which didn’t feel safe at all.

When I booked the room through OYO and reached to check in, the property owner said - we are not talking online bookings. I was like what? Are you serious, he said - Yes, you need to cancel and get refund But I get only 20% refund? He said take it or you will get 0% Anyway, I paid him cash and took a room. Really low maintenance, rooms and washrooms are not even cleaned properly. It was a worst experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Had been here like 3 years ago so booked room after reaching the place owner charged us more as we had a visitor and after entering room we were shocked to see the condition of the room and flat no clean space, dirty marks everywhere feels like market underpass, after checking we came to know that there was no water service and waited for two hours to wash our hands, till check in nothing was informed and giving the keys manager informed that AC was not working, so everything here is either broken or not functioning. Please avoid OYO here

It was an horrible😩😬☠️ experience of my life. location is good but behaviour of the owner is very bad. If anyone previously booked from Oyo then he/she definitely gone mad. Because in check in time the owner denies And herrusing for extra money 💵 like a dacoits. Rooms are average, ac are not working, even they don't properly cleaning washrooms. Please don't Book this hotel from OYO.🙏

Terrible experience, donot fall for the price.. Booked the hotel and payed a booking charge through phone after reaching the place the staffs told me there is no booking and after searching again told me that we can't give you this room either pay extra or just call customer care. Had to pay slightly more after talking and the room alloted was so dirty with cockroach poop everywhere and the most disgusting washroom ever. Rude behaviour from staff. They try to lure you with the price and upon reaching there will force you to pay extra.
