This is a shitty place to stay. My experience during last stay: 1. Room was dirty and smelly. 2. First warning you receive room boy is you must pay first. And he will check in even before you say ‘yes’ to the room. 3. Broken mirrors, dustbins with lots of spit, noisy fan is what you get. 4. You don’t feel welcomed, you don’t feel safe. It was the most uncomfortable place among all my stays. 5. I checked out to different hotel in next 10 minutes. But couldn’t get refund yet. You know why? The payment scanner was not accounted to this hotel but to Individual. They have everything at place to scam people. I highly recommend not to go there

The hotel location is top-notch, checkin experience was smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. A wonderful stay overall. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience.

It was worst experience after booking at this hotel: 1. We drove over night and reached this venue around 4am. NO ONE EVEN OPENED THE DOOR at this location. 2. The phone number provided in Go-Ibibo was not of the reception but of the customer support. The Support guy could not do anything. He shared a link to book another hotel which got booked at Pune. This was the second time it got booked at Pune; same happened at the initial time of booking while trying to extend check-out. It takes hours of talking with the Support! 3. With such exhaustion after driving, we weren't able to get into the hotel and have initiated refund. The hassle of retrieving refund is the next challenge- hours of talking with the Support again! 4. OYO should improve its services. If hotels are not active, remove their listing from sites. Such unattended services give ridiculous experience to the customers at such timings and the phone numbers should not be those of Support. Why are the sites not providing numbers of the actual hotels but of Support? As a whole, we had to undergo this and please understand how much of frustration this brings to us!

worst, hotel owner asked me for extra money and when I denied she told me either pay or get out in a very bad manner. Room and washroom was too much dirty. water was also not good. Guys its a pvt bunglow where they are running a oyo room. worst than worst.

There is not even a single hanger in the room. Bad-smelling blanket; uncomfortable mattress, dirty pillow and not comfortable at all.
