It was horrified experience to stay in this hotel. The receptionist is a cheater . First he gave a deal to stay in his hotel saying breakfast is complimentary . After payment he refused his words. When we say to check cctv he started arguing. Very ill behaviour of him. They even didn't provide a single towel in room. I highly recommend you not to go there.

I like the property which create a feel like a proper home environment . The room which I got was very clean and well maintained, HK staffs are friendly nd amazing. The staffs of that property are all great. They all go above nd beyond to make my stay comfortable. Myself I'm comfortable with FO nd HK staffs service and friendly behaviour. Impressed for repeat visit..😊😊😊

They are charging high as per the room and service that they provide. Breakfast was absolutely taste late and stale. They don’t have options in breakfast they only provide one option. If we want something else or more they charge for it. Rooms are also not that good. For this service they should hardly charge 1000/- per night not 2000/- They charge for any rubbish things. First of all absolutely pathetic service and they charged 1050/- extra for just one small drop of period blood stain on Bedsheet. Which is easily removable with normal wash or dry clean. But they charged us so high. Their Bedsheet itself was not worth more than 200/- Never ever visit this hotel.

The rooms were good the thing is that the receptionist don't know kannada and english also.. And hindi also not in a proper way.. It's very difficult to communicate with them I suggest they to learn kannada soon They know only hindi
