Apollo Sindoori Hotel

Forget cleanliness and basic sanity.Bathroom has glass facade with half curtains. Toilets not cleaned and had black stains. No soap holders and hot water. They gave a heating coil to use. If you are staying there as being attendant while being in hospital, that's not excuse you want to hear from staff.

Don’t torture yourself please. If you are a patient then please dont make yourself suffer more. Its a single a person handled situation which means he is expected to be an electrician, a server, a repair guy etc.. expect hospitality which is in reverse.. you will be serving them according to their time and their availability. Food at their time , ac not working is absolutely ok coz thats the way it is, no curtain because laundry guy has not given it.. so bad luck !! ||Enjoy

Service is good but they didn't take care about senior citizens. Their service is a pack of two days, being a senior citizen it is very different to visit two days. But if the person comes from corporate group or any department they will finish it off in one day. That is very bad and not acceptable one

A poor behaviour with the reception and food is not satisfied for patient and for the attender also and also by having food patient got food poisioning so and price is high compared to other rooms.

Only star is for the convenience of residing within apollo hospital campus. Especially cause only 1 attendant is allowed in the hospital We had two rooms and shifted twice due to issues . Some rooms have leaking commode some have no health faucet, there is no ac working in one ac room. Some rooms ac water is leaking Hot water they say 7 am to 5pm but hardly it comes till 10-10:30 after that cold water They strictly give only 1 free bottle water per day even if there are two members in a room. They advertise today’s offer room at 1500 but charge 1700 for single and 2100 for double occupancy

The location is ideal, closest to the hospital. Can run back to patient side when called. We stayed several days. Some days were unpleasant because other guests filled the floor with smoke - wouldn’t listen to management. Rooms are not easy to get, but Ms. Pushpa is very very helpful, though there only so much she can do. Housekeeping -Mehboob, room service boys all wonderful. Night staff Vijay also super super helpful. Can’t thank enough. The rooms were cleaned to my specifications, I didn’t want any smelly products. This was exceptional, they provided extra blankets. Everything was clean. There could be some improvements. Please install geysers so that we can bathe with hot water at any time (only if sun is up from 8 or 9 is very unexpected and off putting - though it wasn’t an issue for one of us). This was the ONLY hotel in my entire travel experience that does not have convenient hot water. I won’t remove any stars for that as they were so nice to us. Would be nice to have a kettle to heat water to drink. I heard some fridges don’t work and there are leaks. There were leaks in private and executive rooms in the hospital. The Sindoori itself is in dire need of remodeling- MAJOR remodeling. Windows broken, water comes in when it rains, can’t leave anything by ANY window. Several rooms have entirely broken toilet seats- it is to be seen to be believed! All or almost all of the water fixtures leak, with bare tape applied. Shower heads don’t work. Bathroom floors are sloped in ways that water moves away from drain, even leading into the main room. There is no offer of towel or bedsheet service but they will provide ungrudgingly if asked. The staff deserve kudos for doing a great job. The design of the hotel is great; building and execution an entirely different matter. Breakfast is included, self service - service guy is a bit of an odd job, Jeeves stiff upper lip types. He objected to my assistant taking two eggs when he had no problem with everyone else. This was the part that is quite shameful behavior. He is very polite and respectful towards the doctors but decided to discriminate.

Though conveniently located for the patients besides the Apollo Hospital, BG Road, The room infra is pathetic. The bath room fittings like soap holders, towel holders are broken and rusted. The shower head and wash basin taps were rusted and seems to have been installed decades ago. No hangers in wardrobe, dirty inside. The water was leaking from the commode. The bedroom though again very old was ok. Don't expect premium. A modest hotel with scope for much improvement.
