Have been to the restaurant. The place was decent and their food too. The hotel is located very near to college and is one of the go to places here . The restaurant serves good starters and thalis.

We are the dining visitors in this hotel & have bad experience on the south India authentic tastes. The Kitchen staff is in-human & if you ask for some particular taste of food, then they are like this is how we prepare, have it if you like it Else don't visit here. They will straight away says "Don't come here" Not sure if they are aware about how the Service Industry & hospitality works. Also the managers will show as if they are trying to solve the matter & then suddenly they will disappear. They will charge for those "Not completed/provided" services also. So you pay money, get unwanted Taste & inhuman behavior. Pathetic services.

The Plain dosa was like papad. Tried 3 to 4 bites but since I could not take it I went to the person who made the dosa. By then the manager comes and throws an insulting comment saying I have eaten half of it. Pathetic service and worst I hospitality.

The Location, food and staff behavior and service were all superb... The only issue is the room size and bathroom. Bathrooms are not clean so have to tell them... And buckets and mugs were growing weeds on it so had to tell them to clean it.... Else the room and other things were good... The manager and hotel boys were too polite and had really fast service. They listened everything we asked them to do....

We had Masala Dosa and Mushroom biryani. Ground floor has self-service and AC serving hall is on first floor. Service is good. Masala dosa was crunchy and tasty. Mushroom biryani was above average. Overall it could have been a good dining experience but the washroom was not clean👎😐
