Super OYO Hotel Silver House Near Mantri Square Mall

One of the worst-est experience i ever faced in my life. I reached there by late night with my family among heavy rain and traffic .We properly pre booked the rooms for 2 nights with late check-in with prior information and did a full payment as shown in the website. They are luring the customer through Oyo but if we go there they ask 1000 rs extra per night for rooms and they say we won't accept Oyo booking amount which we never expected and made us to wait more than 2 hours in lobby until the issue is sorted out.we refused to pay, they asked us to go out & check other hotel via Oyo and refused to refund money. They won't mind whether it's a lady or a baby or elderly people. They don't provide toiletries and water bottle. For each and everything we need to pay. The owner lady and the manager boy is abusive towards everyone. The room is full of pests & cockroach inside the cupboard and restroom, water leakage on the walls. Light and fans won't work. If we ask they won't respond Their only intention is money and putting customer in critical situation if we don't accept to their terms and conditions. 30mins Late check-out also they won't allow we need to pay for that also!!!! They don't deserve to be in this industry

I believe hotel staff are nice if you pay them directly. Here is my story. I live outside of India. I booked this hotel for a four-night stay when i was in Bengaluru. I do not have Indian payment services like UPI, so I paid online and called the hotel to confirm the booking and payment. However, the hotel staff told me that they did not see any booking or payment under my name. I called OYO customer care, and the agent connected me to the property manager. I was shocked by how aggressive and rude he was. His behaviour was completely unnecessary, and he kept asking me why I didn't come to the hotel and check instead of calling. I never even checked into the hotel, even though I had already paid for it. Please be prepared to be harassed if you make online payments.

The rooms were fine at the beginning but no service was given even after repeated requests, also, they didn't provide towel or any other stationary like soap and toilet seat was broken, moreover rooms were full of cockroaches. However location is fine, it's near to metro and basic stuffs are available at locality. Won't recommend to anyone.

Mentioned in booking. Com for 2 rooms price 1540. When we went they told server issue. And charged for 1 room 1600 rupees wit 1 extra mattress. Ac not working properly.

The receptionist and all other staffs are not helpful. They manipulated us, ask for extra money. Cancelled our stay here and went to other hotels

Very pathetic and rude behaviour by hotel receptionist. Charging 500 per room extra for early check-in just for an hour before, tv remotes and ac remotes are not working could even buy cells for the remote. Even after the payment they made us wait and argued.
