Rooms are neat and clean. Hospitality is also good. Staff is humble and obedient. Hotel is located in prime location and close to lot of restaurants, shopping street, laundry, salon, food counters, etc. However, it is not like regular hotels i.e., 1. They will change the bedsheets or refill water bottles only when you ask them to do - they will not do daily. But if you ask them to change daily, they will do. When asked why, they said they do not want to enter your room without your permission. 2. Breakfast: You will have only 3 breakfast options daily: a. bread-jam (daily) b. Rice Item (masala rice or mixed rice) c. Tiffin (idly or dosa or poori or bonda)

I recently stayed at yc grand and had an exceptional experience. The standout aspect of my visit was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Vishwajeet and Victor. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated my stay. Vishwajeet went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, while Victor's friendly demeanor made every interaction enjoyable. The hotel itself was superb, but it was the remarkable service from these two that made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Rooms are OK. But staff is absolutely noncooperative. They don't have their own restaurant and tie up with kitchen at ground floor. Food quality and service at this kitchen is not good. They don't serve breakfast (which they give complimentary) before 8 a.m.

Hastle free checkin experience. Room allocated was neat and clean. Accessibility to the location was ok. Did not find soaps in the bathroom, but I guess we need to call and ask for if we require (atleast that is what I felt). No parking for cars which can be a disadvantage for people who come by car or own vehicles. Breakfast is included in the charge.

Very nice service.... Rooms were very clean and comfortable .... Got early check-in...Amit and Wasim provided hospitable sevice... Hot water facility available...Iron available on request...Will recommend to others and if visiting that area will like to stay again

Room was neat and clean . Service was good and staff were immediate to respond especially when I had issues with WiFi. The issue was sorted immediately. Eateries are also close by. Shopping is also nearby. Close to infosys MNC office
