Amazing place for a long or short stay, rooms are spotless, clean and very hygienic. Well equipped with a fast wifi connection, TV, Fully equipped kitchen in the apartments. Very spacious. The staff members are very friendly and helps with everything.

Very bad experience! I had booked ten apartments in Splendid Shubham for a wedding 4 months in advance through Makemy trip.com after visiting physically and talking to the host. Fully paid along with insurance for confirmed booking. To our rude shock just three days before our chekin date, a company called misty blues called and said there are no 10 apartments available in Shubham, and only three can be allotted. Remaining 7 will be given in other properties in 500 mt distance if available. That even will be known only on the day of checkin. I called the host, and he said the same and hive lame reasons for not providing the apartments as per makemytrip confirmed booking. I had to find other apartments. I could get better rooms in the same panduranga nagar at a cheaper price and most modern amenities with breakfast. Host was awesome. I cancelled the entire booking with Splendid Shubham through mmt!!! Hence, think before you decide!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Splendid Shubham. Its a very decent, family friendly service apartment. Loved the cleanliness, location of this place. There’a a market just a stone throw’s away for necessities. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for one around this area. Would definitely come back here for my next visit. Keep going guys.

Cutlery is not clean. Mosquitos. Water, shampoo etc not kept. One window couldn't be locked as it was broken.

Excellent Service… Specially the Manager Kiran is very helpful and he helped us until the last moment !!! Staff is also very good and very friendly. Very well maintained apartment. I would love to recommend this apartment had a such great stay.
