Super Townhouse 1292 XOTEL

This was the worst hotel I have been in my life. The location was horrible as opposite to what was shown in the pictures. There was a foul smell at the hotel reception. We thought of not checking in after the first impression. But since we were running out of time for an official meeting, we decided to take the room. But everything that happened later was even horrible. The lift was not working, we had to carry the luggage up to the third floor. There was no door latch in the room, can you imagine a hotel room without a proper door lock. And the most surprising part was, there was no water at all in the washroom, even to wash face. We complained and asked for a checkout within 20 mins and the hotel staff responded in a very rude manner. Their behaviour was almost like goons and criminals. Please do not trust the reviews like I did.

Worst experience in Electronic City.... Surprisingly such a cheap hotel has these much fake positive reviews. Dirty rooms without door locks, no water, no tv working, no ac working, no heater working.. If we revoke booking, no refund also provided. Apart very rude customer management. It is kind of scammers running this property, not meant for gentlemen stay. Not at all suitable to stay even if they provide this for free!

The bed is uncomfortable, They throw plenty of cheap airfreshner so you cant breathe. Sink is ontop of commode so you so you can unconfortable while pooping. I mean they take your phone leave 5 star review for themselves without your consent. Its more of a gb road sort of hotel. If you plan on visiting for that thats good but nothing else is even above average in this hotel

Location is good and shops are nearby. The washroom near the lift smells life public toilet in entire reception area. It's costly considering the room size was like a match box. Lights were fluctuating, washroom shower not working. Pillows were dirty. They won't provide towel or soap unless you ask them. No drinking water. I wouldn't like this revisit this place again considering those small rooms where people can hardly move.

Horrible and smelly washrooms. The rooms are absolute pigeon holes. No space to move. There are no towels, mats, the room is absolutely bare minimum. Not even drinking water was provided. There weren't enough lights in the room, it was dark and dull. The working area arrangement was extremely cramped. Room service didn't step in for 4 days. Horrible service. The location isn't great too frankly, not many good eateries nearby.

Worst ever hotel experience pls don't plan to stay there, especially when u r traveling with your family. This hotel is a dungeon, and the receptionist lady who refused to give her name as I want to complain in oyo about her attitude is the worst. Since I m with my family so done want to make a scene and left the place.

The hotel is superb in terms of Infrastructure but if you are willing to stay here for a long beware of the receptionist named ,Anjima.She is extremely ill mannered , humiliating, egoistic and unprofessional. I stayed in November for a week and everytime she was rude and unprofessional to us. Again with my 2nd time check in today via Ibibo, she boldly told us that we will not get the room(all rooms occupied she claimed)and asked us to check other hotel through ibibo. The reason she stated was because of the last tussle during November.Because of her avenge game, we literally had to call the cops to give us the resolution. She made us wait in the reception for 2 hours. Only with the help of police we could get a room finally. The manager escalation point is also not there to seek help and neither she will give you details deliberately to avoid escalations. If the hotel management wants to prosper for this business unit, they should think seriously before employing these kind of front-enders.So many complaints regarding her but no action taken by Oyo or the hotel owner.

Shower not working, basic dental kit not available, while opening and closing doors are hard and makes a lot of sound main disadvantage no parking near hotel
