Great location very handy to all amenities restaurants and metro stations...All staffs are very humble kind and very helpful....Special thanks to Vishwas, Manas ,Gautam ,Dipankar & Chandru....and not forgetting Security Ajay...all are great people to communicate in multiple languages. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant always fresh and hot and tasty...all the staff including room service staff provide great hospitality and safe atmosphere and 24/7 reception and security for any assistance. Rooms are very spacious and clean and very neat. We stayed here for 10days. Thank you all....Sanjeev & Family

Had a great time staying at here! I was in Bnagalore for personal and business reasons from San Francisco and stayed at the property for 14 days. The location is perfect - bang in the middle of everything and the rooms are recently updated.||The staff was particularly very good - Ajay, Chandru, Samad and Gowtham made the stay very comfortableZ

Very conveniently located near many offices. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Special highlight is the vegitarian restaurant that serves some unique local entrees with authentic taste. The staff is very cooperative - a big thanks to Manas at the reception, Ajay and Jyotiprasad - the security guys for keeping an eye on my vehicle during my stay. Not to forget very good paan from Sarad ! Would love to visit again...

I stayed at Cross Roads Bengaluru for three days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly polite and generous, very neat and clean, and the overall service was top-notch. They pay attention to every little detail, making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your stay. A special mention to Manas Sir and Gautam Sir for their exceptional management and constant support. Their dedication truly enhances the experience and makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay in Bengaluru—highly recommended!

Spacious rooms, top-class hygiene, good food, and a great location. The service was excellent, and the staff were courteous throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Manas and Mr. Gautam at the reception for making the check-in and check-out process seamless, with zero wait time. The best part was that they personally checked whether everything in the room met our expectations and comfort.
