Green Residency

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The floors were sticky, the room and bathroom were disgustingly unclean, and the dustbin bag was used and unchanged. Bedsheets had suspicious stains (claimed to be sambhar!) and hair from previous guests, while the cupboard had lipstick marks. The bathroom was a nightmare with stained taps, unclean basins, a filthy toilet, and a bucket half-filled with used water. The shower was stained, there was no bathroom light, and the balcony was covered in pigeon poop. The room was infested with cockroaches, which the staff rudely blamed on us, even though the balcony door was always shut. Amenities were non-functional—the TV didn’t work, curtains were too short for privacy, and the mirror had a heart drawn in some unknown substance. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and raised their voices when we asked for basic fixes, like replacing the bathroom bulb. They ignored our concerns about hygiene, charged us extra beyond the online price, and penalized us heavily for a minor checkout delay. To make things worse, the area around the hotel felt unsafe, and the staff's nighttime quarrels made it impossible to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—it was dirty, unhygienic, and utterly unprofessional. Stay away!

Doesn't even deserve one star dirty rooms, toilets, unchanged bedsheets with stains and hair from previous customers, no basic amenities like light in the bathrooms and worst and rude staff please don't stay here if you care about your hygiene and suspicious premises of hotel

The sheets were full of stains and there wasn’t water in the bathroom for most of the time. Sheer waste of money. Never recommending the place to anyone.

Dear owner, your attention please. You are being cheated by your receptionist. The Receptionist behaves very rudely with the customers. They charge more than 500/- to 800/- as mentioned as the floor price in the Oyo Application. AC Remote will not be handled to customers, since there is a shortage of AC Remotes ! Rooms were dirty, unclean, full of cockroaches, bed sheets not washed and Pillows are dirty. Don't waste your valuable money, booking this hotel. Worst hotels and rude Receptionists, charging extra money for AC and cheating the owner of the hotel .

Worst experience, the hotel staff were quarreling whole night. Ruining our sleep. There were bed bugs in mattress. Untidy sheet cover and pillow cover. Sticky floor worst then public toilet. Ver thin fow of water it took 45min to fill one bucket. No drinking water. Not safe for family as only bar and party people go here. Will never go here even if they give it for 100 rupees.

Worst place and employes are not good. One uncle is thier 50age he is too criminal he will come simply to our room and asking random question , that people are not good. Owner be careful with them

May 13 2023 While I’m booking price showing Rs/-550. OYO When I’m reach hotel reception guy asking 1200. Pls note oyo customers care. Time also over we don’t have another option..we pay 1120. Phone pe ....hotel managements recived through oyo customers but they taking money extra....it’s not good. Before booking from oyo can you call hotel ask price otherwise hotel reception they’are asking extra charges....
