Super Collection O Global Stay Near Kengeri Bus Terminal Metro Station

They denied our check-in, claiming that the booking amount from Goibibo was insufficient and that we needed to pay extra. The receptionist delayed the check-in process for nearly 45 minutes. We eventually contacted customer care at midnight for assistance. To our surprise, they refused to provide water, stating it was chargeable. This turned out to be our first terrible experience. We had booked the room based on Google reviews, but from our experience, those reviews seem to be misleading.

There is a Hindi proverb which aptly says - "हाथी के दांत खाने की और, दिखाने की और"! If you have no work in Kengeri, which absolutely necessiates, don't stay here. Kengeri is well connected on the purple line metro (from Majestic) which is less congested, better to stay at Majestic. This "stay" has a very "strict" check-in check-out policy; check-in 12 NOON & check-out 11AM i.e., 23 hours & they don't hesitate a bit to penalize you extra if you check-in early even if you have plans to check out early accordingly! 12 means 12 even if you land in Bengaluru early in the morning which is your problem; you should have booked a ticket which makes you land at Bengaluru at around 12 noon naa!! And, they don't tell you this thing on different travel service aggregators (I booked through AGODA); this you will know landing there to your utter surprise & dismay. Also, if you check out early than scheduled (if there is sudden change in travel plans), you will also have to cough up the whole amount. No hanky-panky, then you will deal with a bunch of "kats" with whom an average won't mess with for sure. There is no hotels nearby and you have to walk at least a kilometre to have your dinner and fight with a crowd to have your say across the food counter!! Rooms are good, but, they don't give you a bottle of water nor glasses inside the room. Bedsheet & pillow covers were not fresh. As this is a bit disconnected place, you have to heavily rely on autos and autowallahs are as usual Bengaluru famous types. For the same distance I paid 50, 66, 72 and 100 on different occasions. So, for these, I paid nearly 5000 for 3 nights which I had booked i.e. 1600+ per day. So, think thrice before booking there!!

I actually stayed here 2 times for business purposes. It is very affordable and even staff is very polite. Rooms conditions are also good. Lil small but manageable. You can surely opt this with any 2nd thoughts.

Good experience. I was there for 3 days with my family.Affodable rates and value for money. No inhouse restaurent but provisions are avilable to book the food through their reception. Good rooms and neat and tidy wash rooms. Good approach from the staff. 1.5 km away from the kengeri Bus terminal metro station.

We stayed here during our business trip in Bangalore. We were here for 1 week. The rooms are maintained well and it is much affordable. This is not very luxurious but also not bad. They maintain it well. They will listen and work on your problems reported and keep the rooms & hallway clean. So if you want to have a nice stay in less money. This is for you to try. 😊
