Super OYO Hotel Sri Thirumala Lodge

Photographs shown is of the lodge inauguration day. Right now, the situation is patetic. So don’t book by looking the pictures. If 0 star rating is there, will give that one. Reason being, rooms full of dust, toilets not clean, dirty bed sheets (Receptionist boy just asked my Oyo app for check out and he himself have put 5 star rating in that, when asked regarding that, he was literally shouting)

Worst Place Our one-night stay turned into a nightmare. With an early morning flight ahead, we just needed a place to rest, but what we found was beyond disappointing. The stench hit us the moment we entered, and the untidiness was appalling. The receptionist's lack of manners added to the discomfort. The room was a disaster zone; it smelled awful, with visible dirt and debris scattered around. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The reality was a far cry from the polished photos advertised by Oyo. We wasted no time in booking another hotel and checking out. It was truly the worst experience imaginable.

All around the room area was unhygienic. Lift is not installed, the balcony was not covered with curtain. It's like we don't have any privacy there. Even there no curtain for room window also. Everyone can see us by crossing our room. Worst Experience. 😣 And, what they do is they will snatch your mobile and giving rate for the hotel themselves. Then i asked to the receptionist, that do you think that i can't review the hotel ?. He was just smiled and we left there. Bachelor can stay here, who wants enjoy like having alcohol and smoking. Not recommended for family and couple.

NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! We booked a room looking at pictures found at Google post, reality is far from pics that we see online. Rooms are not well maintained, rooms were not properly cleaned, they even did not change the bedsheets and if we ask the receptionist guy he has a penalty of reasons. when we have asked for room change for the 2nd day he said that he will change the room when we came at night expecting for a good room he said " No other rooms are redy" Worst hotel staff,as they will ask you extra money for check in and also they will not allow you if you have proper booking also. So we have booked through a 3rd party and we had paid the minimum amount which was suggested by the customer care agent. Once we reached the property the receptionist guy and another person (contact person) said there was no payment received.. I need to pay the room tariff in full.. After almost waiting for more than 45min i informed them that ill contact OYO then Immediately they started saying "Dont call them they are the biggest Fraud" and told us to pay the remaining amount (not shown as 3rd party app more than that)

Never book this hotel for stay, all other reviews are fake in OYO app. Here owner will ask for your phone to mark check out and he only gives the reviews to hotel. The area which hotel is located is not safe and parking was not there also its not safe for couples, rooms are also not good at all.

The worst hotel i ve ever experienced,the rooms are very shabby and washrooms are also not cleaned and working,even the buckets in the washroom was very dirty.i will not recommend this hotel to anyone and the main fraud thing is the owner itself ask our phone for checkout purpose and he itself mark good rating for the hotel.overall its very disappointing.
