Terrible experience. I booked and paid for a hotel via Make My Trip, with confirmed availability. After a long journey from my hometown, I arrived only to be denied check-in unless I paid extra. The staff was aggressive and rude. Even as a fellow Kannadiga, standing my ground didn’t help. They were clearly trying to extort money. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was disgraceful. Thankfully, Make My Trip arranged another hotel. No one should face this kind of harassment after a confirmed booking.
