Bloom Hotel - HSR Layout Sector 6

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly, always smiling and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious, with excellent service from everyone at the restaurant. The rooms and the entire property were spotless. The only hiccup was the check-in process—it took forever! Probably because it was my first time at Bloom and they were busy collecting emails and phone numbers. I get why they do it, but wow, it could definitely be faster. That aside, I love the Bloom vibe and branding—it’s fun and fresh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bloom and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff, particularly Selva and Chaitanya, were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch. But what really made my stay stand out was the attention to detail. They were always available to help, whether it was answering questions, making recommendations, or simply providing a friendly smile. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and dietary requirement. Overall, I would highly recommend Bloom to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional hotel stay. The staff, amenities, and location all combined to make my stay truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Selva and Chaitanya for their outstanding service - they truly made my stay at Bloom a memorable one!

I have chosen bloom 4 times in the last 4 months, the rooms need ventilation big time, the hospitality is nice, the location too. But the rooms need some sunlight and the pillows need to change, pillows are too big and too heavy, also the bedsheets are uncomfortable The staff is nice and cordial No problem with cleanliness, food, everything is great but the most important thing is sleep and I couldn't sleep properly because of the pillow and the bedsheets.

I recently stayed here and had mixed experiences. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a big plus. There is fresh food however, the food lacked flavour. The service was also inconsistent. I had to make multiple calls to request for room cleaning, which took a while to arrive. Overall, while the hotel's cleanliness and amenities were impressive, the food and service fell short of expectations. With some improvements, this hotel could be a top choice. Pros: - Clean and comfortable room - Good amenities Cons: - Poor food taste - Slow service

Loved the service at Bloom, special thanks to the Chef Selva for providing amazing cuisine every day. I specifically enjoyed Selva's Homemade Chicken Curry. Special thanks to Ajoy as well for providing an amazing in done service at the bloom cafe.

I had a wonderful experience at Bloom Hotel. The service in the cafeteria was exceptional, thanks to Ajay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made our stay memorable. Keep up the great work, Ajay!

Dablu Kumar is the person who cleaned our room. It was very nicely done. He cleaned very professionally at each and every corner. Also, his behaviour is very good.
