I stayed here in a 3 bed room. Room and bathroom was very neat and tidy. The location is calm and peaceful. The receptionist and support staff were very polite and friendly. Very reasonable price as well. There was no disturbance at all and the location is very close to restaurants, nexus mall and other shops. The drawback is that there is no in restaurant within the hotel and there is hot water facility only for a short period during the day.

Locations are prime locations. But there is no parking. Rooms are nice. Lift facility available. Near by more shops available. Shopping mall also near by.

Good suites for a family stay. It's the right opposite to Nexus Forum Mall which is a plus point.

No night lamps. Hot water for bath not hot enough. Rooms smelly, dark and not ventilated at all. Felt cold inside the room all the time. No bedside table or intercom facility. Had to run down to the reception everytime to get something for the room. Leaky faucets. Broken cupboard.

Had the worst experience here. The staff are extremely rude and try to loot money at every opportunity. They don't even have a spare key for the rooms. Don't know what they'd have done is a child was stuck in mistakenly! The AC was leaking water, there were bunches of hair and opened tablet strips when we checked in just after it was "cleaned", the toilet flush was releasing water for 5 minutes after pressing. Please do yourself a favour and don't book a room here 🙏

I liked the arrangement of the rooms at the hotel. They were clean and well-equipped with amenities.

Average cleanliness. Staff were friendly. Most of the lights n switchs were working... We had a nice balcony, so thats a plus. We were charged 1.5k for 2 people....70% worth d pay
