Hotel White Walkers

Worst rooms i have ever saw. Bed is full of coconut waste hairs and very hard. Full of dust. Caught cold after sleeping for one hour there because of dust. They have control outside to switch on heater. When they on it only we will get hot water. Dirty cupboards, poor service.

This is the worst hotel, they don't have any link with oyo so if you book through oyo app they will deny the check in and ask for extra money. The rooms are not clean enough some water leakage is there in the room the elevator isn't working and aslo no staff or manager is there to help you only one person is there who is of no help. So please don't waste your time and save yourself from harrasment.

Worst experience I have ever had in this hotel during check in as I booked this hotel through OYO and paid through online but later when I check in at hotel the reception ask me to pay cash even I paid online and he dont even speak English, Hindi, and kanada anyhow I resolve this with OYO area manager about refund amount that I paid through online. And you have to bring toiletary kit by yourself the hotel is not providing anything even towels too and fan is not working proper. And the worst thing is that during check out there is another reception he's so rude and when ask him him return my balance he is not giving me and was saying ur balance was deducted for your orders and services even I didn't order anything and ask for services.

Poor hygiene. No facility for hot water. Stayed for a day not even got single drop of water. They said water will come in 10 mins but it didn't. Very conjusted rooms. They don't clean the room regularly. We have to tell them several times to do so. I highly do not recommend you to stay here because it is not worth the price the are charging

This place has dozens of issues. Firstly the lift doesn't work and there is no AC. Secondly bathroom was very dirty and pressure of water in the taps wad very slow. The biggest issue i found was there were bed bugs in the matress.

Worst hotel ever in my life. Very very rude receptionist.. i booked from OYO app and paid for ac room but they gave me non ac room.. said they were full and will shift me soon to ac room...but never did..and keep telling ac rooms are full. No hot water. Total junk hotel.. the receptionist thinks too great of himself Small stuffy rooms smelling of cigarette smoke made me sick

they don't accept online payments but are still on the OYO site. they don't even deserve one star from me. I contacted OYO to get my money back but all they were doing was making the call on hold and wasting my 2 hours. 👌🏻

Good rooms , neatly maintained but the closet was leaking when you flush the water and thats a hygen problem. There is bar downstairs and food is also available
