Ambience of hotel was fine. All necessary items were properly placed in the room cleaning and support staff was very cordial and obedient. Variety and quality of food was fine. Service of serving staff was very cordial and professional. Nice experience to stay here..☺️

Rooms are spacious but not well maintained, flooring washrooms need proper maintenance. Breakfast is served from 7:45AM onwards, so plan accordingly to avoid dissat.. also in case You are diabetic then carry the sugar free sachet from your room as restaurant @ breakfast doesn’t provide Same even after request.. (no sync between house keeping and restaurant), compared to the price charged. By the hotel the experience is below average/industry standards.... also experienced that reception remains Unattended for majority of time when you need..

Mr Hasan was extremely good at his service. Very hard work and helpful. The staff was really kind and willing to help in all ways for the guest to be comfortable. They took care of all the guest. The people who ensure your guests operations. And create a welcoming Atmosphere...

We were there in Feb 2024 and had a few problems but hoped it would be better this time but sadly no. We were there again last week november 2024 The cups in the breakfast room were dirty and cracked, the staff dried the cutlery on the seat covers and old aprons. We had a hard time even ordering fries The restaurant up stairs had good food but the music was so loud you could not even talk to friends or order without yelling. Breakfast was never ready on time and staff could not understand simple English like cold milk. The WiFi was terrible and TV stations very bad only news in English and one horrible movie channel, I was very sad because the heart of the people was good and only wanted to please but it became so stressful just to order simple things. Sadly we will not stay again.. It was also very expensive for the lack of services. We have stayed in many places in india and this was not the best experience mainly due to lack of ability to communicate the simple things. And the bed was very hard I had to bring my own mattress topper.

Hotel rooms are good and it's services are excellent. Their front office. Restaurant staff. Housekeeping staff all were very supportive. I want to thanks. Each and every one..😊👌

Good ambience and worth for the money I stayed with my family for 2 days and it was really a wonderful experience brekfast spread was superb and we get almost all the dishes which is very tasty and moreover the room was very clean..☺️

Great location, great staff. Most friendly staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, room with excellent service, Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay
