OYO Flagship Sri Ranganantha Boarding And Lodging

Really this is my first ever the most annoying and irritating experience with any hotel. His term & condition are being chang ed contiousally and annoyed me too much. Always two and three person present on counter and and each of them calls himself manager and trying to confuse me and their behaviour was very rude. After full payment, when I was checking out, then they forced me to pay extra 100 RS and stopped my lift. This is very horrifying for me like as goons were looting. I request to my all friends please don't don't don't don't.... Stay in this hotel.

The worst experience i ever had after booking a hotel was from here. I booked via MakeMyTrip, made all the payments and when i went there for check in they denied the check in by saying they don't take online payments. They want me to pay all the money again in cash in the reception. The receptionist and his friend were like goons and their way of talking was not at all tolerable. Then they asked me to cancel the booking so that I will get the refund and then they want me to pay double the amount per night i paid in MakeMyTrip. Then finally i waited in the road for more than half an hour with all my luggage to find another stay. Never ever try to go their friends. Thank you.

They would deny you and say there are no rooms if you book from Oyo app in advance and visit later to stay. It's another mess getting back the advance payment made.
