Rooftop was the highlight for us! Great view and very attentive serving team - also delicious food! The room itself was lovely quality, extremely clean with comfortable bed and fresh linen every day which was a luxury. Breakfast spread was good. Overall it was great experience.

This is an overpriced, unprofessional hotel. The front office staff are not proactive to one's needs. You have to keep asking for any room items that you need. The parking in the front appears to be an encroachment of the footpath, is sloped badly and is inadequate. Parking facility at the back is rustic. The water heater for tea or coffee is of cheap quality, prone to damage. The surroundings attract insects, so forget about using the balcony in the evenings. The restaurant is not full fledged, seems outsourced to North Indians. The buffet breakfast is passable. The bread toaster needs a check up. The tables and chairs need improvement. There is no insect guard and insects keep flying around the table light; a nuisance. The a la carte meals are too basic to consider; eat elsewhere. It refuses a 24 hour checkout. All in all, it does not give value for the money charged. Give it a miss unless you have no other option.

This hotel absolutely ruined what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. We booked a room well in advance for our wedding, but to our shock and dismay, they canceled our booking the day before the ceremony without any proper explanation or notice. With guests arriving and no place to stay, we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. The service was abysmal, and the manager was rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to our plight. When we tried to resolve the issue, the staff offered no solutions, showed no empathy, and acted like they couldn’t care less. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer quality service. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice—unless you want your plans derailed by their irresponsibility and utter disregard for their customers. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Me and my family had a good experience at this stay. Food was decent as well. The staff was courteous and helping. The suite rooms were at point with Good view. Maintenance of Balcony and Top floor dining would have been more appreciated. We do recommend this property for a leisure and overall we had a good time at this property.

This place has the capability to be an excellent place but I guess the management just aren’t interested. You see so many reviews that say the linen isn’t clean . It is absolutely true and i experienced it too. Speaking about the checkin experience , I had called them 1 day in advance to let them know I’ll be reaching between 4 and 5 just so that they keep the room ready . I reached at 445 pm and the room wasn’t ready . Now once the room was allotted , the AC wasn’t working . The room was huge with a nice big balcony but ac wasn’t working . The manager tells me he will get a fan for me and I said no, I want an AC room. After a lot of persuasion (which is frustrating as I had driven 9 hrs and had 0 patience for the BS he was feeding ), he gave me 2 small rooms. Earlier he was giving me 1 room which was too small. We were 3 adults and 1 kid and he wanted us to stay there . I held my stand and told him I need 2 rooms. Now coming to the rooms , my room was extremely dirty . The windows were not dusted for ages, bathroom was smelly , bathroom had cheap fixtures . The shower was right on top Of the pot, you can literally have a bath while sitting on the pot. The service was good and the staff were polite . It breaks my heart to see the lack of effort on the part of the management to keep this place clean. This place is on only for a night’s stay. Beyond that it’s not worth it .

Service staff is great but oh my God, what a dirty place. No one is guided on how to run the hotel I guess. The person who made it, did a great job. The rooms are modern and nice but dirty. The washroom was smelly, the sink water was leaking. Terrible experience for that price. Paid the same amount at a 4 star in shimmoga and had a great experience. These guys really need to hire the right cleaning staff as the current one sucks. The whole property is not clean. Can't even speak about the breakfast buffet. Seemed like a bhandara. Bad food, limited food options, idli smelled of baking aoda only, no one cleaning and ofcourse Indians being Indians with no sense of self courtesy. Terrible experience

The room was very tiny and we founds bugs. Staff coordination is poor. When putting up the extra mattress the gentleman merely opened up the bed, put the bedsheets and hurried past us and out the door. We were confident he went out to get the pillows and the blanket cover but when he didn't return for a long time we checked with the reception (the person at the reception was very hospitable) to note that he wasn't there either. We closed for the night as we needed to leave early morning. The extra mattress was horrible and the steel centre of it kept jabbing me in the ribs. After 2 hours of pain I finally had to sleep on the sole bed with 2 other adults - safe to say none of us slept that night. Also, the toilet wasn't great and the rug kept within the room was filthy and thick with dirt. We had to have it exchanged with another room. Parking is horrible and the spots up front are unavailable until late night (depends). The food was very nice and the room service was excellent. All in all, do not recommend for a long stay. But for a night one could try, please avoid the extra mattress.

1. Staff are good. 2. Rooms are comfortable for two people , ac is good. 3. Bed sheets and towel are not clean , they should improve on this. 4. They provided common balcony for smoking. 5. Overall decent stay for one night.
