my mother and I went to this stupid hotel at 2pm and ac service room was closed, manager said it will open by 2.30pm. we decided to wait outside while we have dahi vada. The manager was so rude. He did not let us inside but let the other ones go who came after us. He then made us pay for the dahi vada we had and then let us in. He was very rude and he did not make any sense to us. This has happened to us for the third time. Please do not visit such places where managers are rude. And later we ordered South Indian meals inside. The service is sooooo ugly. The waiter literally spilled everything in the plate and gave it to my mother.

Nice vegetarian restaurant on JCR road, food is pretty good (Chats, starters, ice cream, fruit salad, coffee) They have different seating arrangements with/without AC and outside. The price and service differs accordingly Service will be delayed a bit and needs to be improved They have online payments and ample space for parking The ambience and cleanliness of the place is maintained well. Nice place to visit with family and friends.

Very poor service. The food is okay, but sometimes you have to wait half an hour for a plate of masala puri. I have experienced this poor service many times. Zero stars for service....
