We a senior couple stayed here overnight. We had reserved an AC room from an online site. Sharing our experience. |Good things first. Room provided was of big size approx 360 sq. Feet. Bathroom about 40 sq feet. Adequate size. Room was on 3rd floor. Hotel has a lift. |Though we had booked for an AC room; AC stopped working after an hour or so. The fan was working on only one speed and was making lot of noise. Electricity button boards were loosely fixed and were coming out whenever we pulled a plug out.|Bedsheets, towels weren’t clean. Napkin wasn’t provided. Does not a restaurant, no tea coffee maker in the room. |Person at the reception could not speak or understand Hindi or English; so had lot of problem to communicate…|Horrible experience about bathroom. Shower was not working. Hot water available only after 8 pm. Flush in the toilet wasn’t working. Overall an unpleasant experience. Certainly not worth the money we paid….

The worst room experience.. all window glasses r shaking wit lots of noise at night, no hot water, fans r full of dust.. n price is also high.. 1300.. it's better go to Aishwarya,. With proper price n care.. dese people at Karthik don even respond, no care, no response. Worst.. please do go ever...

Main door did not have a handle! No hot water anytime in most of the rooms. So they give another room with geyser checked out by others UNCLEANED, in a random floor just to go take bath and come back! Window panes were rattling and making very disturbing, unstoppable noise throughout the night. Filthy rooms, stained dirty linens, no toiletries, rude and non responsive staff. Zero stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

Do not go by the pictures! Rooms are not anywhere close to those pictures! Also, they try to refuse accepting online price! Filthy, lizards and cockroaches everywhere. Dirty blankets. When asked to change, they refused saying they don't have blankets. No toiletries as mentioned. Only tv, no remote provided! Better to stay away from this place.

Hotel is good. Easy accessible location. Booking through Oyo is accepted. But they didn't allow complimentary check in. And had to wait almost an hour. Staff is good. Rooms are spacious, clean,well. But washroom was not good. Roof was broken with spider nests. Unpungent smell. In morning water wasn't available. Not enough light. Parking is available. Food is provided on order.

Pathetic service. There was frequent power cut. No generator. Water was not available. When asked we got to know that the valve was being turned off by some staff member as there was water leakage. This happened multiple times. There was no phone connection. Each complaint had to be reported to the reception in person. We paid for an AC room with no AC facility as they take the money in advance at the reception when we enter the room. Frustrating experience.

Worst hotel ! Don't book this hotel 😡. They don't allow OYO bookings even though booking is confirmed. Becz of price. If you plan anything bealiving this hotel cancel now only. They don't even give respect to customer. You will get rude, negligence response. And upon that oyo will not help later to get your money back giving some faltu reasons.forst of all don't book any hotels in OYO your expirence will be horrible, go with goibibo or makemytrip . It's scam. OYO keep on put exclalating your issue and make fed up. Don't believe this hotel and don't believe OYO. It's constructive scam they are doing together. Not only in this hotel many hotel OYO has issue. You will find thousands of complaints online about OYO. Better experience . Try to avoid OYO

I wish there was option of giving NO stars in google review. We were refused to check in at 11pm inspite of booking and payment made and confirmed in advance. The person who sits at the reception does not have any idea about how bookings are made and how to look in to them. Hospitality word doesn’t exist at this place. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone who has family, elders or kids..
