A disastrous staying experience with a 3 star hotel cost. 1) most dirty wash room in a hotel i have ever seen. Water is leaking from the above floor to our closet. Complaint raised and no one cares. Owner speaks like it as a free stay he provides 2) TV with no dth 3) hot water available only 7-8 AM 4) blankets smells bad 5) torn beds 6) No screen available for the window 7) Windows can't be closed properly. So mosquito will be there through out the day 8) The AC control is in the reception. They switched off frequently. We have to go down and ask them to ON. 9) Manual door lock lift. It will get stuck in a floor. We have to use the steps mostly

Disappointing Experience with Poor Facilities My recent stay at VGS comfort was unfortunately a disappointing experience, primarily due to the subpar condition of the washroom and bed. The washroom was the most significant issue. From the moment I entered, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities for the hotel. The tiles were grimy, and there was noticeable mold in the corners and around the sink and no hot water facilities. It's apparent that the hotel does not invest in regular maintenance. The fixtures were old and rusty, and the paint was peeling off the walls. The door to the washroom didn’t close properly, compromising privacy. The bedspread were stained and were felt like they were not washed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic stay. The poorly maintained washroom significantly detracted from my overall experience, and the lack of responsive customer service only added to my frustration. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential, but the current state of its facilities is unacceptable. Look elsewhere for better accommodations.

The room shown in the picture don't even exist. The hotel is located just on the drainage. No parking available. You have to park by the road. Horrible experience. Bedroom was worster than washroom. Wash room was hell. No animals would ever get in. There was a large hole in the Ceiling. Dirty stains all over the floor. Some wall tiles were gone. Switches were very bad/broken. No proper latches. Corridor was just like dump yard. Not even one positive point about this place. Here there is no option to upload pictures. If I could share everyone would see the condition of this lodge.

Worst hotel rooms. Photos displayed in website are 1st class, but when u reach there it's the worst you will ever see. Never cleaned rooms. You will never feel like using d washrooms. The way they treat customers is bad. Website says there is parking, but no parking is available, you hv to park it on road side and any damage to d vehicle u will only be responsible..

I made a hotel booking on the 22nd of this (Oct 22) month through the application, the hotel I choose was IROOMZ VGS, and the purpose of the booking was for an overnight stay on my road trip from Pune to Cochin. I booked this hotel believing the best as it’s listed in many reputed travel site but the The scenario was worst with a dark, stinking, and untidy room, the linen was uncleaned, the washroom was unexplainable photoes avbl in review (typical municipal public toilet), and without any alternative option at midnight I was forced to practice to sleep in the car, car parking mentioned on site was beside a dirty drain (self-parking in site ) please check the photos for review

Very bad experience. Water was leaking from the roof. No power backup, the wall fan was too noisy to allow us to sleep. The room was dirty, the bathroom was also dirty. Some miscreants were making noises throughout the night. There was no water supply in the morning, and later when the water came, it was not hot. There are rats roaming around. Worst experience.

Very bad experience. Rooms are not even cleaned. Rs.1150 is not worth for this lodge. 300 rupees will be good price for their cleanliness & maintenance. Better not to choose this Lodge.
