Room was not good service poor and linen was not clean

except room size, nothing is good to give a rating more than 2. Service is very poor, hot water was major issue. I had further very bad experience as the staff at the lobby did not allow me to check-in due to their internal issues between MakemyTrip and hotel owner. I had already booked in advance and paid the booking amount, however the manager said there was some low tariff issue and made me to wait and talk to MMT customer care and that took almost one hour and my family was just waiting helplessly in the lobby. Very bad experience.

Rooms were spacious but not well maintained. Do review the room before you opt one as there was no fan and door locks for one which we had opted. Blankets and curtain was not clean.

Nice but old hotel, they have renovated bathrooms. The four star is only because you may miss few modern amenities but its a total 5 star in terms of food and staff.

Very bad behaviour and unprofessional. Don't give your phone to them because they just review their hotel as excellent by themselves ! They just asked my phone and I asked why they said they wanted to see the booking for checking out. ! Very unprofessional people rude behaviour ! May be in North Karnataka that's how people are ! I wonder why do they advertise it in Oyo , booking. Com and other websites if they don't want offers !

Pathetic place. NO card/ online payment options. Bad food and costly too. Very old building. Its very hard to find the place as google directions fail to pinpoint. Search for Shanti park hotel. This hotel is next to that hidden from outside view.

Shanthi royal.. Very very bed all services .. Every thing want maney over billing in lodge people's.. Please don't go any body lovers or family or any body don't go.. This is worst lodge🙋‍♂️this is my experience

Bad experience with shanthi royal... Lots of problem faced in this hotel .. we shifted 3 rooms in this hotel and manager also very rude
