Srigandha Residency

I along with my 7 year old son stayed in Srigandha residency on 27th of May. The receptionist was very friendly. As soon as we arrived, the staff took our luggage to the room. The deluxe room was kept very clean and all the necessary items like Packaged water bottles, bathroom accessories were in right place. Plenty of hot water for bath. Room had both fans as well as AC. I was delighted to see this as my son gets cold in the midnight because of AC, I could easily switch to fan. This is a big plus to me to avoid kids getting unwell.||The staff is very quick to respond. We had early morning appointments so we had to wake up early. On urgent request for breakfast staff immediately attended to us considering my son needed it. |||Check out is very hassle free. Staff were again helpful and took our luggage to the car. Anyone with family and lots of luggage’s, Srigandha is best place to stay. The chief of staff was friendly and gave a overview of the upgrade and expansion of the facilities they are doing which is concluding in next 6 months like in house breakfast buffet, family restaurant and more luxury rooms.||I highly recommend Srigandha to my friends and relatives and as well as others.

Had an amazing and wonderful time at srigandha residency, Davangere...The rooms were well maintained and cozy. Staffs were very polite. Kudos to wonderful staffs for the seamless checkin n checkout..overall we had a great time and highly recommended

This hotel looks very ordinary from outside but felt very warm once you checked in to the hotel from security to service guys..|The room we stayed was, suite deluxe very spacious with clean room and especially spotless bathroom..|And the hotel is under renovation/extending in a big way. Kitchen not started but room service available with the extraordinary food.. we loved it||And we wil definitely visit again and enjoy their new hotel with new rooms and new restaurant

This place looks nice only from outside. You'll end up paying for a bad experience. 1. There is no proper ventilation and the room was filled with too much air freshener which can give you headache in very short time. 2. Found cockroaches in the cupboard and table. We complained and they just took pictures of cockroaches and left. 3. No doorlock - What's the point of booking a room when you can't lock it from outside? We had to go out for few hours and tried locking the door for so long. Called the reception twice, they said it's working and only came to check when we called the third time. The lock wasn't working. We complained and they told that nothing will happen to our luggage as there are cameras and nobody will enter the room. We initially refused to leave like that but they told they'll get it repaired by the time we come back. When we asked about it later, they responded very carelessly that you adjust with that, we can't get it done now. In spite of all this, they charged 2800. Please don't get fooled by the awards that are kept at the reception. Please don't come here and pay your hard-earned money for a bad experience.

Room number 109 was filled with full of mosquitoes ( more than 50) , nobody could solve the problem. The AC was not upto the mark, the fan was making lot of noise and was not working at the top speed.They failed to get rid of the mosquitoes, goodknight liquid was not working, mosquito killing spray is not available, mosquito bat was not working, then they come up with smokey cones which was suffocating .They asked me to adjust, i asked them to change the room, but they denied and said that there are no rooms available, but that was a lie. Whole night with full of Mosquitoes 😂

Stayed for a night. After checking in at around 10 pm, staff took us to room which was higher category than what we booked, and asked if we are willing to pay extra for that. I mean, what’s the point?? This was definitely a first for me! Also, too much air freshener which irritates you. Parking at roadside which I was already aware of. Good location though. May be for just our room, but bathroom door was disgusting. See pics

Stayed overnight on the way back to Bangalore. It was a small hotel but the room was spacious. Otherwise, nothing much to add. Rooms require maintenance - leaking tap, flickering light, peeling paint.

Location and staff is good. Stay is average. I checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 5:30 am. Book only as a last option and only for night sleep. Parking is at road , very very risky for private owners. What I really didn’t like is - too much room fresher in room , could not even breathe. Was too tired to argue on this that we wore mask and tried to sleep. It took almost 2-3 hours for smell to go away and obviously we could not sleep properly. Bathroom is nice and clean until you close the door for taking bath and look at the disgusted door and almost vomit ( check the attached picture) Overall not worth the price.
