I don't like to give 1 star also becoz ... After charging high price for Rooms were not at all clean, they not maintained hygine , bathrooms were not clean and did not had lock inside, water was leaking, windows were broken. Totally disappointed with their service. even in food section all drinkers r sitting n enjoying in family zone only, they should provide separate room too drinkers n smokers, when we enjoying food often cigarette smell came literally we don't feel to sit and eat.i never visit again nd don't recommend others...

Cosy place for dining. Serves finest veg and non-veg cuisine. Well located in the city of Dharwad.

Ambience and cleanliness are an issue. If you are looking to lodge and like your cleanliness, get your own bed sheets. Food is good, better avoided. I have had my friends stay here in two different occasions. Not nearly half satisfactory. I have tried the food here thrice. Stopped visiting since a couple years now. Not very bad, not to my taste, that's all.

Had a great stay at this place. Great hospitality by the manager/owner Mr Samson and the entire staff. The resturant provides good quality and tasty food. It was really nice and kind of every staff member we came across who constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. Only con is that Rooms need to be maintained/updated a little.

Make my trip dot com messed up my booking. So when I reached there, the hotel had no record of my booking. But the front desk was very polite and tried to help in every way. From my limited experience of the gentlemen at the front desk, I feel safe to say that it is a great hotel.
