Very bad experience no hot water very dusty room rude behaviour

EXTREMELY rude, badly behaved night shift person in charge. While booking a room during the day.... asked for a change of room to a double bed and requested for a clean bedsheet... The hotel had agreed... After returning at midnight after an event the hotel was in darkness and the person in charge refused to give his name, nor switch on the lights, nor changed the keys to another room with double bed nor gave clean bedsheet as agreed earlier. He point blank said no such thing was agreed by the hotel. Moreover he was questioning why do you want double bed for a single person? Inspite of saying I am ready to pay extra he still won't listen. It's NOT THE CONCERN OF THE HOTEL WHY A CUSTOMER PLACES A REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC ROOM. Nobody is going to share their personal health problems to a hotel staff....!!! NEVER EVER WILL THIS HOTEL BE RECOMMENDED TO ANY OF MY CONTACTS.

I had come to Dharwad for my exams. Tried all the lodges nearby, the rooms were full everywhere. Then, I came to this lodge which is on main road and is decent with affordable price.

I just don suggest here whether ur going with family or frnds ..it's just a worst experience

Had a horrible experience. Room is filled with cockroaches. Other than being cheqp, there's no other reason to stay here. 500 for twin bed and 290 for single bed.
