Location wise, the place is good. They do have enough parking space at the layout. Checkin and check out were quick. Demerit is they don't provide waterbottles or toiletries. They do have a bar and restaurant at the place, but you can choose different as per necessity. Side by hotel, enough restaurants are there for both pure veg and nonveg also. Having food at the hotel was struggling as they took a lot of time to serve food. Powercut do happen, but they have backup DG for the issue.

The quality of rooms here has drastically fallen down. Back then this was such a good and premium place to stay at but now its just another shady motel.

The Non AC rooms are better than suite rooms both in space and cost. The rates are costlier compared to other good hotels. The service boys were very helpful and did a good job. Lots of mosquitoes, so be careful of that and ask for coils. I didn't like the way the front desk people behaved with me, but again, I had a good stay, so no major complaints

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was disappointed by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and to make matters worse, the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to rest or sleep peacefully. The washrooms were also a major letdown. They were not well-maintained and lacked basic hygiene, making it a less-than-pleasant experience every time I had to use them. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and hygiene significantly impacted my stay at the hotel. I expected a higher standard, especially when paying for accommodation. On a positive note, the staff was polite and responsive to some of my concerns, but the issues with cleanliness and hygiene overshadowed the overall experience. In the future, I hope the hotel management takes these feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a comfortable and hygienic stay for all their guests.

I don't even want to give a stars just to review I am rating those first of all the front desk manager was very rude and vulgar as we were checking out he mis behaved please don't plan your stay here.... very disappointed

Besides location there is nothing in this hotel. The reception person Mr Pathan is very rude......no empathy for visitors. When we requested for hot water in evening after a long drive to Dharwad, he says not possible, you can stay if U like or can go. Room AC gets working after 1hr......TV not working, etc. Hence avoid this place is my advice

Our's was not a planned stay at this hotel. We had been driving the whole day and we needed a place to sleep. Saw this hotel and managed to check in. We did not have much expectations. We were a group and so, took two rooms. The rooms though small were well kept and neat. The bathrooms were a surprise. They were clean and neat, better than a few bathrooms in some bigger hotels. The staff were polite and the check-in process and room service was quick. Next time when we plan to go to Dharwad, we will definitely consider this hotel.
