It’s a lovely place. Lots of trees and plants. The rooms are spacious and clean. The chair is lovely and very helpful. There is a small restaurant outside that can make you a quick simple local meal. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach. The caretaker is all smiles but mainly speaks in Kannada. There is a place to park the car inside the premise. It can comfortably fit 2 to 3 cars.

Beautiful place. A place to sit quietly and do nothing. Paradise for bird watchers. Great place for nature lovers and who would like to just be inside the campus and cook their own food, drink beer and chill. There is wifi , ac , functional kitchen and fridge. There are cloth swings tied to trees (not sure what they are called) Host and caretaker are helpful. Very private place. Also trees make the place cool even in summer. Beautiful construction. The host has a vision when it comes to creating a beautiful property. This place is great for rejuvenation of mind and gaining your peace . Cons: You need a vehicle to go anywhere. U can rent bike around. Nothing is walkable. Kids won't like this place unless they like dogs. They have a beautiful dog here. Food in the cafe outside is just to survive. Breakfast is good. So u cook lunch/dinner at home or drive for 15-20 mins and parcel/eat in hotel. Remember the food scenes in gokarna are not great. U will get fish thali and some South Indian veg. Otherwise don't expect much from this city when it comes to food. The hall is small and very little place to sit. The hall needs more chairs especially for elders and also the hall needs two fans since hall has no ac. This house is basically a 2bhk with two toilets . Interiors are otherwise nice. Hall is little congested and definitely more seating and fans are needed. Bed Rooms have ac Also a big double door fridge is needed. Current fridge is very small. Given all this feedback to owner. The above infrastructure enhancements will make this place much better.

Totally in love with this place. It’s so serene and blissful. One should definitely experience this beauty. I can’t wait to be there again. The nature looks , smell and sound is perfect. This place is straight out of a Pinterest. And not just that, the hygiene and cleanliness of the space such as rooms and washrooms is top notch. This will be one stop shop for any Gokarna trips.

We had an excellent experience of this property, it is near to pristine beach of Gokarna. - Place is surrounded by with lot of trees, feels peaceful. - Owner is very good, her son is working in US and she is maintaining the property as her retirement hobby. - Caretaker is available - Can accommodate 6-8 people easily

The Villa is the Best in all Aspects. We had a Visit with friends Group of 7 People. The Host is Really Good. The Food Tastes Good but do not expect a Wide Variety. Minimal items but is Good Enough. It is a 2 story Villa with a Beautiful Balcony View. You will be surprised by the Nature you are surrounded with all the Birds whispering and Music of Sea waves. All together it is a Best Place to Visit.

this villa in gokarna is amazing! it's like staying in a cozy home surrounded by beautiful nature. the rooms are big and comfy, and the people who work there are super nice and helpful. the best part? the service. the people were super nice and i never want to not mention about shaila aunty who was such a sweetheart and blessing in disguise for us in that heat. the caretaker there was also super sweet and their dog was to die for😭 he was such a cutie. i had a great time and can't wait to go back❤️

Good place to stay. Cozy vibes and nice farm. Service can be better. Caretaker wasn’t much helpful. Rooms are good for a group of 6 people.
