Viraz valley

Stayed for 1 day with family. Very good location. Calm and peaceful place surrounded by greenery. A good place to stay away from the crowd. Spacious and clean rooms, good hospitality and service . Overall good experience except for food which I felt overpriced compared to quality and taste.

I had a great time staying here. Rooms were quite spacious and very pocket friendly. The property had a tranquil feel. Their restaurant offers a wide range of food options to choose from. I found the service to be satisfactory. The staff was exceptional in their behaviour. Highly recommend it for a place to unwind from the daily grind.

Spacious rooms, good hospitality and service. It is situated close to the beach. Food options, quality and taste are good. Overall very nice place. Much recommended.

We stayed here in room no. 301 & 308 and were disappointed with the experience. Despite the high price, we did not get hot water, which caused a significant delay in getting ready. For the amount they charge, the facilities should be much better. This was quite frustrating and not what we expected for the price. They just increased price saying high demand on long weekend but didn't bothered to give basic service. I don't recommend this. Sorry.

I recently stayed at Viraz Valley Gokarna and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistakes I made. Accommodation: The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The bed sheets had stains, and the bathroom was moldy and smelled bad. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room very uncomfortable. Service: The staff was rude and unhelpful. Despite multiple requests, they did not address our concerns promptly. It took several hours to get extra towels, and housekeeping was almost non-existent. Facilities: The resort’s facilities were in a state of disrepair.The advertised amenities were not available or were in poor condition. Food: The food at the resort was subpar. There was more varieties of Veg and Non-Veg, and the meals were often cold and tasteless. We also experienced long wait times at the restaurant, even when it was not busy. Value for Money: Given the high prices, I expected a much higher level of service and quality. However, the experience was far from luxurious and certainly not worth the money spent. There were also hidden charges that were not disclosed at the time of booking. I asked bellboy what complimentary items you give in resort he said TV , bed, AC, curtains these are complimentary no dental kit no shampoo, no soap how silly is this?? Room is full of flies and mosquito so please be aware. Overall, my stay at Viraz Valley was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this resort to anyone and urge potential visitors to look for better options elsewhere in Gokarna.

Good place to stay. Surrounded by greenery. Ms. Sukanya too helpful from booking to check-out. Rooms are spacious. Staffs are good with quick service.they assist to arrange cab or auto for local visit

Very excellent hotel, area is also nice and green,room is big and very good looking, the best part is restaurant all foods whatever we ordered very tasty.

We had come for vacation to Gokarna and very much enjoyed the stay in this beautiful resort. Well maintained and spacious rooms with great view. Dining restaurant is a good place to hang out with delicious food options. The place is kid friendly with lots of activity. Overall a memorable experience.
