The main thing is this hotel is at the heart of Hassan city and easily accessible and within walking limits to restaurants, market, bus station, hasanamba devi temple and maharaja park. Staffs are very friendly and co operative. They even help you to get your luggage to your room. Checkin and checkout process are very quick and easy. Rooms are very clean and neatly maintained, also sanitized with good smell perfume. There is literally 24hrs hot water available. Whenever you want there will be plenty of hot water coming without any wait. Also rooms are with strong AC and television. There is ample space for parking and your vehicle will be safe. Also there is a pub attached to this hotel for people who wants to have fun at night. And price also very reasonable and there are no any extra charges at all. Overall very high quality and professionally maintained hotel in Hassan city. Satisfied👍🏻

Worst Management. staff is not ready to provide rooms. They're giving rooms to others whoever they need not as per the rules who have prebooked... If this type of management is getting a licence to run the business, then shame on the government who is giving licence to these people to run the business.. Their licence should be dismissed. The receptionist is changing her words from time to time... I told her that I will get call recordings if you deny whatever you said..

We ordered manchow veg soup and we already had soup and later came to know that they added chicken in that. They don’t have basic common sense and they simply asked apologies and manager is also unresponsive. Worst service.
