Rooms are good and clean but once I asked for room freshner and they gave me floor cleaner mixed water instead. And WiFi network is very poor. You will have to use your own net. Location is excellent and service is average.

Worst service …they don’t give u water also..no soap no towel no clean washrooms no clean beds….IF YOU BOOK AC THEY WIL CHARGE YOU AC BUT THEY WONT GIVE AC REMOTE ALSO..they won’t switch on AC ..too much BLOOD STAINS ON BEDS early morning THEY WIL SPOIL UR MOOD..they don’t have proper parking

Very good property, good room and wash room, only issue of service. Like no towels no hand washer in washroom. But room is very good, clean, big, and location is so good.

I stayed at Sathya Comfort Lodge in the heart of Hassan city, conveniently located near the main road. The room quality was satisfactory, though the pricing seemed a bit steep. Surprisingly, they charged for drinking water and didn't provide complimentary essentials like towels and soap. Be cautious when settling bills, as the staff may not return excess amounts promptly; I lost 100 Rs this way. Despite these issues, the environment is calm.
