Hotel Jewel Rock

Bad attitude, bad service, not suitable for family!! Being cautious is one thing, judging people and worst attitude. Are we suppose to travel with our marriage certificate. What century are we living in. Worst front desk I ever seen in Karnataka. We will never come back to Hassan, such a bad experience.

Very very clean rooms and tasty food and staff behaviour is very very nice with affordable prices i stayed here 2 days i really enjoyed it

Hi had a very bad experience today,,, As regular customer to the Jwewl Rock yesterday(07/03/2024) visited with family,,, today morning after the check out when I came to near my parked car there is a scrach on my car(Innova crysta) It's not a small one some other car hitted to my car,,, Situation is like to change the car door when I asked showroom(nearly 35,000 to 40,000 money need for this),, I asked them for the *cc camera check but no yesterday's record how come it is possible???? And everyone acted like they don't no about this but by today (08/03/2024)evening i became to knw that (from night security)all are aware of this incident,, Continued,,,,,,,, So after the discuss with the manager he said we can move to our home town after that take the car to the showroom then will see,,,, So waiting to take the car 🚘to show room as tomorrow showroom closed for Ugadi,,, will see what is his response after that,,, ✳️✳️✳️ Till last visit had a very good experience with jewel rock, , and food room service front office all are good✳️✳️✳️✳️ Continueed,,,, 👇👇👇👇👇👇 🙂🙂This above review was deleted as per the request of the Hotel manager🙂🙂 After the contact with the manager on (03/06/2024) along with my friend they ask to remove the google review then they will pay the amount,,, but on 22/06/2024 manager paid 10,000 and yesterday (07/07/2024) paid only 5,000,,, So our bill amount actually 39,572 but they paid only 15,000 that too after many calls and arguments,,, This is not fair actually,,, knowing everything what happened on that day night they act like innocent,,, May be they are saving their permanent customer who had made the damage to our car because they have a Bar also in the same building may be the person was drinked too much,,, Don't no why they are saving the person,,, Anyhow we want the money at least 25000 remaining we will adjust it,,, Please before you go to stay and park your vehicle, or if any incident be aware of this hotel because they will save their side,,, Don't face problem like us,,, Only the reason behind this message don't believe like us,,, Specifically manager named Gopal nayak who act like innocent with the customer,,, Be aware and be safe,,,

It's near N R circle about 500m from there.Rooms facing road side have great view 2+1 bed available, western toilet and room are luxury and parking of 15 car available inside and outside there is a huge place .For breakfast they dint served and u have hotels opposite to hotel .They have served us dinner .

Excellent infrastructure and well Maintained sophisticated rooms for upper middle class and upper class. Trained staffs providing services within 20-30 minutes. They have both veg and non veg on separate floors. Good food but expensive and the bar is a major draw back here.

This property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. It looks like the hotel has been refurbished recently. Well behaved staff both at the reception and in house keeping section. Rattling split air-conditioner needs attention. Excellent food is offered in their Bar & Restaurant all through the day. Ample open car parking space inside the property is avaialable. The only thing I did not like is that you need to pay the room rent in advance (though paying through credit card) like the way it was a decade ago elsewhere in local lodges. Very cheap attitude towards guests. This hotel is a stone throw away from Hassan Railway station.

Good restaurant !! I have been here multiple times with friends, Food taste is good, almost in every items, Service is also friendly and sometime you get customized dishes (if kitchen is not so busy) Almost gives you a pub environment, since they serve alcohol. But never seen families getting bad experience. Rooms are also good, overall good atmosphere to spend a night with friends or family.
