NillVery bad experience sorry, worst, no clean inside room. We found Hairs and dirty inside room, if we ask for cleaning they refused and saying that this will be done in morning, not worth. hairs and insect inside room. Don't book . This hotel only for drinks party, all tourist brings alcohol and do party in hotel. Not for family 😭. I request hotel owner to take initiative and keep clean and tidy before give it to any guest.or govt authority please do surprise visit 🙏 this hotel

NillThey give food so that people's money is not illegal. Talk to the guard for the one who has to give the parcel. The guard serves us a little, when there is no flower, there is no meaning in serving

NillOne of the useless hotel ,Rumour being Super Delux hotel but reality is at the worst . First thing no drinking water, provided directly said no on face, so had to get from outside. There is non veg hotel ground floor and we were staying at 3rd floor, Food wasn't provided to room at all. They said no room service being Super Delux. Lazy bug staffs,. No TV channels were working in super Delux, toilet full of cockroaches. Irresponsible staffs, Booked hotel a before the visit, once we reached started cleaning the mess infront of us. Utter useless, All the good reviews written by their own staffs. Don't believe it.

NillJUST USELESS HOTEL other room will be there, but they will tell no room available except delux... delux rooms are look like B grade lodge hotel, reception are like nonsense.. TV only hanged... but not payable... strictly advice to not this hotel... food is also not worth for money. Rooms are too much smell. 😫 and also 12hrs checkout dandha....

NillWhen we arrived for check-in, there was no one at the reception. The staff was rude, and they said they would show us the room, but no one came until check-out( we only searched the room and entered.) Although a telecom service was provided, no one answered the calls. The rooms were okay for the price, but we had to ask for other items that were supposed to be included in the service. The Wi-Fi was not as promised, and there were only a few TV channels, primarily entertainment, movies, and Kannada regional channels. There was no tea available, only a kettle, in which I found a dead worm. It seems like the staff is more focused on the bar than on the guests.

NillThe service is pathetic. I had booked the Premier Residency Karwar almost 5 days in advance of my stay. I had selected a permium room with king size bed and also paid in full. Check in time was 12 pm and due to traffic I reached the premises at around 1.15 pm. When we reached there the receptionist asked us to go to the opposite building but that was Hotel Premier and not Premier Residency. When asked, she said the rooms are full, because we were late, they gave the room to someone else. They didn't even bothered to contact me to confirm whether we are coming or not before giving the room. On the contrary the receptionist was very very rude. We tried calling make my trip but initially we couldn't contact them so we checked in this Hotel Premier room. Later we managed to contact make my trip customer care number. They said, they will talk to the manager of the Premier Residency and give me a room which i booked. But the manager was out of reach. When we asked the staff they told me that he is gone for lunch. We tried contacting that manager from almost 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm but he didn't come, nor he was available on phone. Now talking about the room which was given to us. This room was not the worth which I paid i. e. 1,700/- +. 1. The A/c was taped on all corners and the remote was having only on/off and temp high/low buttons. But the A/c temp was automatically changing. 2. They mentioned in aminities, there is free wifi, they gave us wifi password but the connection was very poor. It used to get disconnected very often. 3. They mentioned mini fridge but was not available. 4. There was not toilet paper, no toothpaste in bathroom. 5. They mentioned woolen blanket, but it was not. 6. Lot of mosquitoes were there in the room. 7. Ther was hardly anyone available on the counter. 8. The celing fan was having no regulator. It was working on a very slow speed. At last, make my trip team failed to give me the room which I booked. They just apologized and in token of apology they saild they will give me Rs. 400/- in my wallet, which i will have to use in next 365 days. But the room which qe stayed was not even woth Rs. 1,300/-. We booked it only for one night. The next morning we checked out early. But lastly I would say this experience with make my trip was pathetic.
