Too good for the pit stop for goa goers . Karwar is a small place ideal for kids and just a few falls but trekkers are advised for such places . Naval base roads are okay entering to exit the Karwar highligh is tunnel.

I found this hotel very elegant, the construction is of very fine materials which are a pleasure to touch, fine stone trim throughout the place. It was very clean. The price for my room was printed so I didn’t have to waste time discussing the price, it was 750, very reasonable. The room was a single on the third floor, very clean. I had a powerful fan that kept me cool. I don’t know what everyone is complaining about! I was impressed with what I got. The staff were efficient, they weren’t rude to me at all.

The hotel is okay with the mentioned prices for rooms but the behaviour of the staffs is worst,and the location of the hotel is not bad hope for better' amenities and facilities

The best rooms available at the cheapest rates possible.. Though the service is nothing great but if you are looking for lodging than must say a pocket friendly hotel.

Recently i have visited this lodge pathetic and worst hotel receptionist is very worst they talk like they are doing favor by giving room we have paid full amount he said stay here or get going this way things go here am very disappointed no room service no water intentionally we use to stop water please do not visit this lodge

Location is good as its hardly 300metre from Karwar beach. Rooms are not clean and you would find cockroaches and mosquitoes. So have some pest killers with you if you plan to stay. The reason I stayed here was due to last time booking, so thankful to this hotel to have some rooms when others were completely booked up. Its 15mins distance from Karwar railway station by car.

We checked in the lodge late evening & were tired. The first thing we encountered entering the room was so many cockroaches playing hide & seek inside the washroom. We informed the lodge person after which he sprayed the insecticide, even though the issue wasn't completely solved. I ain't sure how hygienic the place would be with such occurrences. The room had AC which wasn't working I doubt, we didn't need it so not a big deal. Good thing, TV works.. Not so good, we don't watch. The rooms didn't have towels n soaps which after informing the front desk; were provided but the bed here are so uncomfortable. Whole night whenever you turn even slightly it will start making loud squeaking noises. The pillow were big n uncomfortable as well, some might prefer hard pillows. Also, you'll constantly here outside noises throughout. The bathroom had cold water tap which was difficult to turn off. Hot water was available in the morning though with fine working tap. The overall hygiene is bad and I personally won't recommend stay here.
