Ratna's Holiday

Hotel is very good but current hospitality is very poor. Yesterday we visited with 10 staffs from Davanagere and commtted for the amount of Rs 3400 for 10 members with 2 rooms providing extra beds. But when we reached in the mid night Rs 4000 is demanded and collected. We were not in position to argue due to night journey as we wanted rooms at that time. Management has to take responsibility for such an incident.

Property is off the highway, has better connectivity, Pretty old property which is not maintained well, service takes quite a time, the mattress in a double bed is joined (i.e two single mattress joined together with an odd gap in the center) and it is really uncomfortable for anyone to sleep Also a quilt or a blanket was not provided. They have a decent unsheltered car park right next to the property, food was okay-ish. The overall experience was not that good.

Organized an office party in the month of August. The arrangements were quite impressive. The staff were very polite n responsive. The space they provided us was good enough n having a decent ambience. Moreover the best is their food, really mouthwatering n delicious. Specifically fish finger...

whole hotel is such wonderfully done, decorated by many pretty things as wind chimes ,dream catcher, all the quotes on the walls ,tables. There is certain panache in the hotel that makes you feel just like Home. All the rooms are unique, spacious . The" party lights" changes aura of the room. It's an home away from home.

It's a very good hotel where you get variety of dishes in vegetarian and non vegetarian too. As there is bar to in it as the prices are cheap and is on the highway near baithal temple. Prices of the hotel is 2000 n above depends on the type of room.you take Super hotel. Good staff and clean and tidy.

An excellent place to stop for meal on the side of Panvel - Kochi Highway. The hotel will be clearly visible standing tall on to the left side while on the way to Mangalore/Kochi from Goa. It is located after the Kali river bridge on the side of the newly constructed 4 line highway. The place has adequate parking facilitity even for HMVs which generally attract travellers. Clean bathrooms adjacent to the restaurant bifurcates dining area allowing the travellers who want to get freshned up before grabbing a bite. The dining premises enough seating capacity to accomodate large number of customers in a single go. The service is very prompt and faster and the customers dining can generally get to see the live kitchen counters right in front of the eyes. Personally have dined here many times and would suggest that its a good place to dine for the residents of the city also. The menu is generally good and the quality and taste of food prepared is excellent. I always try their fresh juices. The travellers can walk in for dining cashless as POS machine is available for payments.

An extremely wonderfully experience I had in ratnas holidays hotel. Friendly staff nice ambiance Central location near beach and market Stay for 2 days hotel also have bar and pure veg restaurant which make my family had wonderful food. Really enjoy my stay.
