Overall, we had a good stay. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and true to the photos online. ​A couple of things to keep in mind: The hotel is underground, so it might not be suitable for senior citizens who have difficulty with stairs. We also wished there were hangers for clothes in the bathroom. ​For meals, the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but you can order for delivery from a place they have a tie-up with.

The staff deserves special mention — they were courteous, helpful, and ensured that all basic needs were met without delay. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast facilities were decent, offering a fair variety of items to start the day on a good note. While it may not be an elaborate spread, the food quality was satisfactory and suited general preferences well. However, one notable drawback is the lack of a lift. Guests are required to use the stairs to reach upper floors, which might be inconvenient for elderly individuals, people with mobility issues, or those carrying heavy luggage. This is something to keep in mind when booking. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money stay for travelers who prioritize cleanliness, service, and basic amenities — but do consider the accessibility factor if stairs are a concern

I stayed at this hotel during Diwali. Although the booking mentioned that breakfast was complimentary, it was not provided. When I asked about it, the staff said it had to be selected during booking, which is misleading as “complimentary” usually means it’s included by default. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, and the geyser could only be turned on by the staff — we had to request it every time we needed hot water. There was no landline phone in the room, so we had to visit the reception for any assistance. The only positive aspect was the location, which is close to all major sightseeing spots.

Rooms are good and spacious. Good room service. Nice view. Only issue is rooms are one below ground level and difficult for people of old aged or joint problems.

A stay that u can consider assuming ur just gonna sleep here...washrooms were clean! And very close to rajasthan seat...sadly the pillows and walls had mosses making it feel lil unpleasant...but since we stayed only for the night it was decent

I had a decent stay at this hotel on 16th March to 17th March , but there were a few aspects that could be improved: Location: The hotel is not situated at Raja Seat, as expected. It is approximately 1 km away, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Room Size: The room provided was quite small, making it less comfortable. Accessibility: The rooms are located two floors below the road level, and there is no passenger lift, which can be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Bathroom Facilities: There is no provision for hanging clothes in the bathroom, and there is also no stool for sitting while taking a bath. Overall, while the stay was manageable, these factors made it less convenient. Some improvements in accessibility and room amenities would enhance the experience for future guests.

Very good hill top location, but rooms are on the lower level, with two floor stairs going down, not suitable for very senior citizens, wish the hotel had an elevator to down, with luggage and your family.
