Treebo New Redfern, Madikeri

The worst property I have seen in my life in 70 years. The bathroom, towels, beds, kettle were smelling like anything.Dirty bedsheets. When started dinner, after giving 1 chapati each, it finished. Taken rice and it was half cooked. The staff was too rude. In the breakfast, The items finished quickly and we came out hungry only. We will never recommend anyone to use Treebo in their lifetime. We will never use this again.

Refurbished hotel a five years back with treebo badge.Its hotel with 8 rooms on ground floor only.It has small rooms but with essential pieces of furniture missing like side tablestoa bed.Table for keeping bags .cupboard very tiny type with practically no use. Cleaning is done ones in a day.Ac And Tv available. It has Thaliya restaurant above which is famous for nonveg Especially pork. Hotel offers free Veg breakfast. The location wise it is near to shri Omkareshwar temple ,but off the road.one llmeed to go upto main square to get auto which about 700 mts. Not a convenient and friendly location.

Was looking to book after seeing low price, but then read the older reviews.. many months ago, customer has highlighted issues on fan, bad odour, receptionist and service attendant.. every time management is apologetic.. each subsequent review tells same issue and they just say we hope to serve you better. Isn't it enough that almost year ago someone highlighted the issues and management is still not addressing it. At least with my review, if they read, they'll know they lost customer who could have gave them business. - Also that customer reviews do matter. Many people read others reviews and then book. - Just having rooms booked doesn't mean, they are doing good in hotel management.. - lost customer wouldn't just mean it's off season, it means customer is choosing your competitors.

Dont waste your time and money on this hotel not recomended at all. 1st there is no hygiene maintain washrooms are smelly and unclean . Than electricity and water is not available we were supposed to checkout early morning from hotel but there are was not water and electricity available which wasted our hours of time and we missed site scenes because of it .

I stayed here for a day and the service I got it felt like they were paying me to stay. We asked for food they said we wont sereve you in your room, we went to their make shift restarunt they said we have no room for you to sit but we could see the tables were empty. We asked for napinks the guy said he will bring but noting got to us. Worst place to stay please skip this one.

We stayed in Treebo- Redfern for two nights. At the end of May’25. Average stay it was overall. Pros: 1. Customer care was helpful while upgrading the room from solo to standard. 2. They gave us options to choose the room among vacant rooms 3. Free breakfast with 2 varieties and one cutfruit, coffee & tea, In house restaurant 4. Rooms maintained in a better way & location is easy to find Cons: 1. Bedding has dirty stains 2. Washroom flush didn’t work at all times

Worst hospitality.Dirty sheets. Damp rooms.insufficient food provided even in a la carte, could not even provide sufficient chapatis to us for dinner. The point is, they were super unsupportive when it came to ala carte dinner or buffet breakfast even!!I am really short of precise words to describe the experience I had!

The hotel is located in the city centre which makes the travel very convenient but apart from that there is nothing good in this hotel. The reception guy is never present at the hotel every time we have to call him and ask him to come. Rooms doesn’t have ceiling fans. Food is decent . Not at all recommended if travelling with family.
