The hotel rooms were good enough , but no ventilation since AC was switched on . windows are closed and can't be opened if we require fresh air. Soap in the bathroom was used one & was changed upon request . Reception person was cooperative . Hotel location is good & all transports are available

It is a well made, clean place to stay… Very hygienic & comfy place to stay… My family & I stayed here for the night. They have AC & they allowed our pet cat to stay with us in the lodge.

We had horrible experience on 23rd Oct 2024in this hotel.After occupying the room we found there were no towels and the guy at reception was very rude .The local police was called by us to sort things out when the ill trained ,arrogant receptionist started misbehaving. Infact when we paid for the room before occupying they were not willing to give any receipt.There are no intercom in the room,tv wasn't working,ac was leaking and room service was pathetic.

I had booked three rooms, all rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Hotel staffs were nice and helpful. Location is nice, highly recommended to all who are looking for stay in Suratkal.

The hotel is nicely located on the Mangalore - Goa Highway. Hotels staffs are friendly and makes your stay memorable. Liked the first time, went in for the second time too.
