Metro Plaza Hotel

Horrible, worst staff ever, we booked two rounds rooms, and when we went to check in there was a rude guy at the counter, who said we can't check in and asked us to wait, about half an hour later he told us that there are no rooms available and asked us to get lost. This is the worst behaviour I've encountered in the hospitality industry. Edit: A very kind man called and apologized for the inconvenience caused. He was very good.

Excellent service by Sumanth (receptionist). The Staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious Breakfast . The hotel is closeby to manglore central railway station. There is a church close by . (Our lady of miracles church.)

Adequate room for a night halt. Excellent efficient service from the staff who make arrangements even on WhatsApp. My incoming train got very late and I reached the hotel only by 1 am, but the staff were adept at facilitating an express check in as requested by me on WhatsApp beforehand. Best part is the location - just 2 mins walk from the back entrance of Mangalore Central. Highly recommended! Great value for money.

I had a dinner from this hotel one of the worst in my recent memory. In such a big hotel I was the only one who is having food from there. My family had loose motion and stomach upset. Another thing I showed the supplier a small part of brush which is used for cleaning dishes in my plate which is served
