NillAfter our experience , I don’t even feel like giving one star rating also . The place was in pathetic condition. Cleanliness was a very far thing to talk about . Rooms were dirty .beds were in broken state . Blankets and bedspreads were not fresh and clean . Room was also dusty. Washrooms were terrible. All the things in the washroom were half broken . The place just looks good from outside but horrific in room . Not at all recommend for families and ladies .

NillService boy's are very Rood. They don't have any Manner to how to talk guests. These people are not given services. And bathroom are not clean and water leaked always in bathroom Room also not clean Regular. I think Oyo take action again hotel management. How to work there ??

NillFriendly people. But have lots to improve. Wi-Fi not working, AC centralised control, Compact room but very small bathrooms. All ignorable but in the end, took our phone to submit a good rating on OYO themselves. Definitely not appreciated. The main and the only reason for the 1 star here.

NillIt's a worst property ever!! There is no parking available They overcharge the guests The complimentary breakfast is bought from a roadside canteen, which is served in newspaper. There is no proper supply of hot water The landline in the room doesn't work At the time of check out they deliberately take our phone and post good reviews and ratings in the Oyo app

NillI would have given zero rating. The receptionist was polite initially during check-in, I booked two rooms for two days. I checked-in late in the evening around 9PM. I got fresh and went for dinner, as I was passing by the receptionist,he said I the amount should be 250 extra which I need to pay him, since I was hungry I told him that I will talk to him later. After coming back from dinner, he told me to talk to oyo and tell them about the less payment received. I said I won't do it since it was no where concerned to me. He then said to do check-out the very next day since amount received was for one day. I was kind n called OYO, which the OYO said it's not their booking since I had booked from MMT. I called MMT then waited for 10 mins for call to get the hotel guys concern. I then told him that MMT would call to the OYO owner n solve the issue n confirm me the same. I was not happy since I had to waste my 20 plus minutes just to take his concern to OYO. After this we had a fight over the issue for close to 10 mins. Again he said me to check-out, which made me go bad and I asked him his manager's number to talk, he denied me and later said that he is the owner of the hotel. I didn't wanted to waste my more time so I went back to room and wrote this review here. Please don't book in this hotel at any cost.

NillHad booked through OYO. On reaching, the hotel did not agree on the rate the room was booked. Also, even if rooms are available they are not willing to give early check in at 10 am without additional charges. OYO should look at 24 hour check in and check out. I did not see the rooms to comment on the same. There is no lift nor lobby.

NillIf you book this hotel directly then you won't face problems. But if you book through hotel booking sites then surely you'll face issues. The worst hotel and management I have ever seen. Let me tell you the real story about this Hotel. All the other people are facing the same issues I faced there. This hotel is totally disgusting and not recommended at all. This hotel is managed by OYO Rooms. But it's listed on Goibibo and other hotel booking sites. So whenever you book through those 3rd party sites, the amount that you paid is taken by them and then Oyo and then to the owner of hotel. This way if you are getting discounts on those 3rd party sites, the real owner will get less amount after deduction of commission from Goibibo and Oyo. The Same thing happened with me. I booked through Goibibo and went there after booking. I don't know about the other staff but the Receptionist's behaviour was totally pathetic. As I showed him my booking details, after looking at the price he said I cannot accept the booking as the Fare/Tariff is low. Also he added that we cannot break the tie-up they have with these sites, as it's like a bond .He said me to contact from where I booked and say them the amount in which you booked the hotel is so low. I said to him that's not my concern. He replied it's not my responsibility either. Anyways because I needed the accommodation, I talked with Goibibo for 2 hours standing at the reception only (They didn't even provide chair for sitting and they don't have anything to sit near reception. Even after talking with Goibibo, I didn't get the accommodation and went back to my old place. After sometime I got the call from Goibibo and they asked me to shift my accomodation to another hotel. I agreed and went there. Fortunately that hotel was very good. I didn't have issues there. The resolution took time as Goibibo need to talk with Oyo and Oyo then talked with the owner. That's why it took time. And yes I am giving the reviews to the real owner of hotel not to Oyo.
