An amazing place to stay. The hotel has got an amazing atmosphere, great ambience and very clean and tidy rooms. The service is splendid and the staff is always at your service. The hotel is located at the heart of the city and is an excellent place to stay if you don't like travelling to the city. There are numerous malls, restaurants and eateries around the hotel that you can relish. Overall I had an amazing time on my stay here. No complaints or regrets whatsoever. Hope this review helps people looking for a fairly priced, neat and tidy luxury hotel situated at the heart of the city

Comfortable and friendly staff. Very clean washrooms. Spacious rooms. Very clean and hygienic. Breakfast and coffee in bed served hot🤌✨ Located in the centre of the city and places to visit are mostly 15-20 min away. Best hotel to stay in if travelling with your family.

lovely surroundings and a fantastic position near by all the major localities in mangalore . The hotel has the most helpful staff and receptionists. The hotel is spotless, fashionable, spacious, and had great service. The customer service was excellent and well-valued, and the attentive and effective service was provided. The room itself was cosy and properly furnished with enough space and hygiene.

The stay was really good! Very convenient and affordable! Lot of amenities Nearby. Heart of the city. Apart from that Very generous staff. The manager was very professional and made sure we dint have any issues. Overall a must visit place!

I must say that the owner of the hotel and all the staff are very accommodating to your requests and extremely understanding. No doubt that the hotel gives you the utmost comfort and its the prime location in Mangalore to go around the city. Ample restaurants nearby to enjoy. Spacious, clean and indeed a Grand feeling at Shama Grand Hotel. 100% recommended than the other hotels in that area. 10/10.

Highly recommend Shama grand hotel while starting in Mangaluru . Clean and spacious rooms and very good staff and best of all excellent location which is just walking distance to some of the best pubs , cafés and restaurants
